This was a very good night food was great for the most part only 1 issue with the bread sticks being over cooked however that was handle very quickly and replaced. My family has a great experience.
Had a wonderful dinner at the Rancho Cucamonga Applebees last night! After the oscars night, The server, was awesome, friendly and attentive. I ordered a pasta tagliatelle, and it was so so so so delicious! Cooked perfectly, fresh chicken & great white sauce, and in addition i tried the soup ?....my friend ordered also another soup and pasta and delicious as well. Thanks to the kitchen staff for our great dinner! We Will definitely be back ?
Shared lunch with my family of 7. They brought 6 of my family members food but did not bring my meal. After 20 minutes my family was half way complete with their meal. The waitress came to me and said that she told the manager but the manager had taken the food away. This is not a way to treat a customer. I got up and removed myself from the restaurant. I will never come to this restaurant again after experiencing what I did today.
It was a party of 4(Myself, boyfriend, and 2 kids)The food was good. The service, not so much. We were waiting for a while so when we got seated, we already knew what to order. Once the waitress took our order, it was almost as she forgot about our table. The food came out super late(we were getting ready to just leave without eating.) She didn't offer us any refills(we finished all our drinks before the food finally came out.), and left the table in such a hurry we didnt have a chance to ask for them. We had to find her to ask for the check. I got the three cheese chicken pene, it comes with a breadstick. My meal didnt come with one so when she finally came to the table, I asked her about it, and she said you have to request a breadstick. And that they only give it to people who know the meal comes with one. (So if you dont know, you miss out on a breadstick) she gave me a breadstick in a to go box, after I was done with my pasta. ....why?!Probably wont be coming back for a while.
Worst waitress named robert he took my order with a bad actitude. Once we received our food my plate was missing the breadstick and also my strawberries were missing the cream , i ask him why he didn't told me before ordering and he didn't have an answer for me then couple seconds later his responses was we out of the items .as constumer they should notified us if our plate is missing something because they expecting us to pay full price for items not included never again eating from this place ...
I ordered Take-Out, BBQ Ribs and side dishes. I had high expectations for my order of 3 BBQ Ribs for me, my Wife, and my Mother-in-law with a total of $77.55. The ribs were terrible. My Mother-in-law had ribs that looked like shoe leather. She could not even cut them with a sharp knife. My wife had half of her ribs that edible, the other rack was similar to her Mom's. I had the only ribs that could be cut with the plastic knife. I saved the bad pieces to show the Manager. That's the last time I will EVER order as Take-Out

The food isn't that good. Its like a TV dinner. The staff was amazing though and makes the experience worth the cost. If you want a cheap date, it's fun.
I want to give a quick shout out to this Applebee's location. My go to spot to catch a game, have a drink, and get some food. I like getting their appetizers during happy hour. Their Double Crunch Bone in Wings are amazing as well as their Wanton Tacos. I highly recommend both. I want to thank the bartender for making me killer Mojitos the entire night. They normally don't carry mint, but on the night I went they did. Please carry more mint.The service is fast, the staff is friendly, what more can you want?Some quick facts, Applebee's opened its first restaurant in Georgia, in 1980 by a man named Palmer. Asked for a stake med. Well, got one over well done, cheese bites only came with 1 dipping sauce, was supposed to come with 2. Heck the only thing that tasted good was the mashed potatoes.
