I ordered a pickup order at the Rancho Cordova Wingstop and half my order was cold and I only live 6mins awayI called back and spoke to the lead shift Reese who couldn't help me unless I was willing to spend more of my gas to go back down there and replace the chicken , when he could of easily credited my card a certain percentage back as a Courtesy. IT WOULD OF BEEN THE POLITE CUSTOMER SERVICE THING TO DO!We've Been good customers for years.We Never ask for this courtesy we never had too.

waiting 2 hours for a tiny order is not okay. An hour into waiting, we check up thinking, “oh they must be busy with all the doordash orders, that’s fine” - and they forgot to print our order ticket. And they didn’t even do anything about it until half an hour later. Like what??? The employees getting paid to waste peoples time and visibly show that they dont care must be part of the job description considering all the other horrible reviews. I wish Wingstop would leave the plaza so another place can take over and not be a waste of space

I called to speak with a manager because I had very poor customer service from a tall African American women who claims she’s a manager. She answered the phone and told me if I had a issue to come tell her to her face. Like really? Who hires someone like this , and why is this behavior ignored and allowed. I know that I’m not the only one who has had a issue w this women but she continues that work there and threaten customers. Never will I go back here , luv the food but not gonna deal with women anymore . Yeah this isn’t the first time this women has lashed out .

Ordered 1 hour ago and said would be ready around 20 to 30 minutes, Came in around 25 minutes and and told 5-6 minutes. It has been a hour since ordering and they have not started the order yet, When asking for a refund they would not issue one but rather insited that they take the receipt and would take a picture of it to send to their manager in what they said "6-8 business days"

Terrible service.. said my order of two combos would be ready in 25 minutes and ended up being there an hour and the only reason I knew the status of my order was me asking one of the workers after seeing several people get their orders. And once I complained no apology just a have a nice night and the other workers laughing

They told me the wait time is 30 min. No problem. I placed my order at 6:59 (it's on the receipt). I noticed every customer was getting upset, waiting for their food. So I wait 45 minutes before I ask for an update, which they should be proactively doing. They now tell me it will be ready by 8. There is no sense of urgency. Really poor service. Very sad. This place has gone to sh!t. Excuse my writing.

Chicken was very dry corn was plain and someone must of ordered all flats because the gave me hella big drumsticks I'm so mad after I spent 50 dollars

Not horrible, but lunch wait times are 30+ minutes if not order ahead of time.

Food could be better but it was kinda old and the meat tasted dry… I believe I talked to Aliyah on the phone she was polite and her customer service skills went above and beyond she made sure that my order was right and I would rate a 5 but the food just was poor quality
