I normally don’t eat fast food unless I’m on the go running errands and am too hungry to wait until I go home.I have never eaten at Wendy’s before and I’m well past 21 years oldThe bag says guaranteed hot and crispyMe thinking, that’s ridiculous, and thinking that it’s gotta be a joke lol. I don’t even care if it is or not at this point because I’m so hungryWhen I tried the food, honestly it was pretty good and it was definitely hot and crispy10/10 recommend if you are on the go and want something good and quick to eat.
On 3/19/22 I grabbed a quick lunch from Wendy's. I be work right next to it and I go there all the time. Today, I requested some BBQ sauce to do fries and nuggets and be was told they can only give 3 and I be was only given 2. As opposed to every other day that I get the amount I ask for. They didn't give me a receipt to do a survey on my issue so I'm here. Wow. You can't even count or give a receipt being a cashier???? That's interesting. The young guy working at 4:35pm is unaccommodating.
I normally get great service at this location, but I ordered food today, and the (who I could only assume was) shift manager was rude, uncompromising, and a control freak. All I wanted was a 50 piece nugget with half regular and half spicy, to appease my children, but she refused. Then an employee came to the window and said there weren't enough spicy to fill the 50 ready yet, and asked me if I wanted half and half. I said yes please. She overheard him ask and lost it. "NO HALF AND HALF" she yelled at him. He apologized and asked me to pull around while the rest cook. Then she walked out with him when he brought me my order, to ensure it was all spicy. He apologized again, so she yelled at him again as he came back in. Extremely unprofessional!
Food was pretty good. They had 2 newer fountain drink machines, the ones that have a ton of flavor and drink options all in one, one of which had no syrup for any flavors, the other had like 4 options. Also found a hair inside my cup?
The belt was good. Fry’s are hot and crispy but nuggets were cold

I ordered one of their lower end sandwiches and a medium french fries. I was quite shocked when I got for the pay window and it was over $14.00! The fries were soft, and the burger was passable, but certainly not worth the money. Will not go there again and will tell my friends to avoid them
I ordered a Davis burger meal and the burger was good until I found 3 long hairs in it halfway through it
Wendy's have great food the people there are always very friendly and ready to serve. Again I think all the people that work in fast food restaurants for their service
Whoever manages this Wendy’s deserves a promotion and I’m not one of those people that thinks everyone should get a trophy or that “pretty good” is a positive thing. I worked in the fine-dining industry for over 15 years and am actually quite hard to please, although I don’t commonly complain either. No, these Wendy’s workers, from the girl over the speaker who took my order to the gentleman who handed me my food, were the most customer-service oriented, considerate, and expedient restaurant staff I have EVER been handed hot and delicious fast food by. Maybe even ANY food by. The girl at the speaker greeted me immediately, then clearly ensured I got exactly what I wanted in my $5 dollar BIGGIE BAG from burger to sauces and was genuinely cheerful in asking! The girl that took my money and handed me my change was just super NICE and, when she handed me my change, she cradled it skillfully all the way into my palm so as not to worry me about it falling out of my hand. I had never in my life seen someone do that! But, I kid you not, what an enormous relief of incremental worry! Like, THANK YOU. I never realized how many times that small interaction has minutely and continuously been a source of guarantee stress in my life! It was just like, STARTLING, how one girl using deliberate caution regarding something so seemingly inconsequential could be so elating to me as a person. Seriously! And, as I then began to wonder if the final point of contact could possibly maintain this great experience, the window was all ready gently sliding open as I pulled up wherein the gentleman who handed me my food was looking directly into my eyes and despite wearing a mask I could see had an absolutely sincere smile under there and a kind expression. He thanked me and paused with no implication of rush to get me going, to see if I needed anything further, then gave a wave as I moved forward. Opening my bag, I swear I was looking for SOMETHING to be wrong but, it was PERFECT. The food was hot, fresh. Every sauce was there. Even the amount of ice in my drink was exactly what I would have put in it. To this whole crew: THANK YOU. I never contemplated fast food as a categorical “fine-dining” experience. I would never have imagined that was a possibility. Today, you changed that notion. Just, 5+++++ stars and all around kudos!
