Walked in and was immediately made to feel welcome. Our waiter was great and the food came quickly. Everything was very fresh and tasted great. Will definitely come back.
If you haven’t been to the EstablishMINT as of yet, you better grab your friends and make a visit. As a customer myself, I, and my friends have dined here for years. Janet and staff are the absolute sweetest people that makes your dining experience worth it. They are so helpful, considerate, and social — making you feel and enjoy their service.Their food is DELICIOUS! You have a variety of options to choose from (they changed their menu items but still offer dishes from their former menu—just ask them). Their food presentation is beautiful as well as tasty. I’m a photographer, so for me, that presentation is marketable. You can see they put such effort into making everything feel and be just as important as your dining experience. It’s 10/10!They’re located directly across the street from KP International Market / Golden 1 CU on Olson Drive. Be sure to tell Janet that I sent you there. You will be happy that you visited.P.s. Thank you, again.Veronica
'22/2 1st time customer/review:-- Don't let the older, small strip mall deter from an amazing experience awaiting inside.-- While the Mints name has been at this location for many, many years, the employees bought out the retiring owner, revamped the entire inside to chic gun metal greys and dark cobalt blue, kept some of the Vietnamese menu items, added sushi, and had Grand Opening 12-10-'21 under new name The EstablishMint. Great vibe! Not super loud, so great for hearing challenged as well.-- Plenty of space inside without feeling lost or crowded. Alcohol & sushi bars seating, low & high tables. Ok place to bring kids, but really it's more of a swank, date-night vibe. Not really set up for large parties/groups either--though looks like back/side room future accommodate such.-- Unique hours: Weekday-only lunch (11a-2:30p), then closes mid-day to re-open for dinner 5-9p with generous Happy Hour drinks/dishes 5p-7p. Saturday dinner only 4-9p. Sunday closed.-- Wonderfully delightful sushi and asian fusion menu choices! And, eye-pleasing artistic plated presentation. Incredible sauces. Unique array of servingware and stemware adds a special touch as well.-- The above comes at a price worth forking out, so bring your credit card $$$. You won't be disappointed. For two dining, three appetizers and two main course dishes ordered with no drinks/dessert totaled $78 + tax & 15% tip comes to $98 out the door means $49/person spent.-- Speaking of tips, our Friday evening waitress has been a long-time employee. It's refreshing to be served by one who enjoys their job AND employer as it showed in her well rounded skills and cheerful countenance from order taking to food delivery/timing to circling back inquiring of any further needs...even when we did close the place out. Definitely worth 20%+ tip for this type of quality service. The drink and sushi bar workers also bid hello & good bye.-- There is an outdoor dining area, but not really set up currently to use.-- Large parking lot that by night is 100% available to this restaurant's patrons. No front door parking, but there is plenty of easy, free parking.--->>> Bottom line, I highly recommend this restaurant for date night--leave the kids with a sitter, slow down, and take in the experience. Your soul and taste buds will thank you!
Came during happy hourFood was good and rolls were well sized.Happy hour specials - poke nacho, salmon bomb (on crab meat), Vietnamese style nem nuong spring roll, got the rancho and uzmaki roll.Atmosphere was nice staff respected the masks, and checked in on us throughout.
Place is great. It's a hidden gem right by K&P and has a great mix of sushi and cooked items. Prices are great and the quality is excellent. Atmosphere and service is top notch. Definitely worth the drive out.
Dining out doesn't get much better...great service, delicious food, very reasonably prices in a nicely appointed restaurant. We tried their gyoza and spicy tuna roll for starters...followed by Pad Thai with jumbo shrimp ccookptopperfect perwithout.sjjushrimjjushrimp..jumbo.jumbo
New menu is great! Love the sushi, so yummy
We ordered takeout and it was one of the best meals we’ve had in a while. You can tell the ingredients are very high quality and incredibly fresh. We will definitely be coming back.
I come here for lunch every now and then and it never fails to disappoint. The chef is amazing and the waitress is very friendly. Granted they have taken a new turn with the food since the remodel. But I cant wait for that sushi bar.
We ordered, we clarified that these were family size portions, the lady assured us they were “big family size portions” yet these are maybe good enough to feed 2 people. We paid over $60 for mediocre food that we split 3 ways. I would give them more stars but the blatant deception is very upsetting. I would understand if this was 5 star food with 5 star taste but I’ve had better Panda Express. If you have the money to spend and a VERY SMALL appetite, go here.. If not, go to Panda and get better food and bigger portions for a way better price. I don’t expect perfection of hook ups but I definitely didn’t expect this. (FYI, the photo doesn’t due it justice. It’s smaller than it looks.)
