There was a bit of a line when i came in (no problem) it was stuffy and hot in there not sure why. Customer asked employee how his day was going he said he was doing his 4th double and he looked it. Something told me that they're understaffed since he's been doing so many shifts and that the quality of food probably wasn't so good either. As the other associate starts to make my sandwich I'm just looking down at everything and everything that was sitting ontop was starting to go bad. White cheese turning brown and dried out,lettuce was browning, spinach looked terrible honestly all the veggies. The girl kind of mixed the lettuce up to get me some from the bottom but ims sure that was bad too. I bought 2 cookies that were definitely old didn't even bother to eat the sandwich by the time I got home. Either close down or get the store in order thanks!
I am not interested in reviews but this time it was above my threshold. Every time I come here, no matter how polite I am, I am always turned down with the worst customer service. Out of so many bad scenarios, this time a guy named Daniel can't change the gloves even after I requested him. Every time I go there they ruin my day and I am not coming back.
Wanted to try improved Italian sub advertised with coupons after not visiting for many years. They said coupon wasn't good for that sub. I tried pastrami on herb and cheese bread and it was sort of good after i added my pastrami and provolone at home, and thew out their bitter onions. Jersey Mikes is way better with similar menu prices.
Made both subs wrong, then ignored the phone when I called to ask for a refund for the avocado I didn’t receive.
They is a girl and a guy in staff they are worst people and way of treating costumers that way is not good . I hate that subway . I asked more veggies and she took rude way of all veggies and keeping it and I said hey take out few she is again rude and throwing them very harshly . Manager should see that stupid stuff to control there behavior
I ordered 2 sandwiches through their website for pickup at the 10843 Olsen Dr Subway. I prepaid with my bank card. When I arrived at the location for pickup, I was told (by employee and supposedly the manager) that no order was placed and that I’d have to pay again. I showed them my confirmation from subway and also my bank charge from subway. They said too bad. How is this not the same as mugging people in the streets?Don’t spend your money here!!!!

Fast and yummy...they have gotten much better...always a nice change.
