The best pizza by far. If you want good pizza, good atmosphere, friendly owners, clean environment...did I say GREAT PIZZA... Can't say enough good these about this Straw Hat♡♡

Manager is very rude to me on the phone cause they were busy and she couldn't handle it.....Got the pizza an hour and 45 minutes later and it was wrong.......
This is my favorite place to go for good pizza. The cooks are always personable, the pizzas are always loaded with good stuff, and the prices are right.
One staff member was friendly. Hence the 3 stars. I have had better straw hat pizza elsewhere.
A friend and I chose pizza for dinner one night. We chose straw hat because it was nearby and we knew the brand from the past. Staffers were very courteous. Inl asked for a large, thin crust, 4 toppings - Canadian bacon, salami, mushrooms and pepperoni. For a 15 inch "large" it came to $32. I also asked that the toppings be charred, I.e., run it through the conveyor twice (and protect the crust with a second pan) but they didn't even try. Sad to say, most pizza places don't know how to do it that way, even the big name chains. I worked at many different pizza places when I was younger and I could meet any specific order. I felt the staff was courteous but for the price they didn't even try to make it my way.
We placed an online order, after waiting over 75 minutes for the order we called them and were told that the driver couldn't find the address and tried to call, we didn't get any calls. they refused to send the driver out again so we asked to cancel, we were told to speak with the manager the following day. Called the following day, manager was not in yet and they couldn't tell me when they would be in, they said they couldn't even find the order and that I need to cancel it through the 3rd party website that the online order was placed from (2nd time we were told this). I emailed the 3rd party website who said the restaurant needs to cancel the order but they're refusing a refund now. This is NOT how you do business. We did not receive the goods we paid for and the remedy is to refund the money. Deplorable customer service. Call the store to place your order don't do it online. We didn't even get a confirmation email from the order. Awful.
One of the last family owned eating establishment around. Great ownership very positive and pleasant staff. Great value and variety to choose from.
Very very disappointing. Order large pan Meat-e-or pizza $30. The pizza was 80% dough, NO toppings to speak of. I would expect at least half inch of toppings on a large pan pizza, but none. I grabbed a slice and was just covered with some cheese and sauce. You could fit all the toppings of the pizza in one measuring cup, very very sad. Look at the pic, WHERE'S the toppings? After two piece I couldn't eat it any more, not even tasty. I am NEVER going back.
It was pretty pricey but the service was great .its very clean and and the staff was friendly
