Over the last 4 months , I have been pretty impressed with my drinks here .Furthermore , today April 11 , I was in the drive thru at 8:32 . There were 5 cars ahead of me . I was out of the drive thru by 8:34 .That was the fastest I’ve been in and out of a drive thru .Big shout out to the employees hard work and efforts here ! Keep it up !
This place consistently delivers a bad product. First and foremost the staff aren’t as friendly or professional as most other Starbucks- who cares if it’s good coffee. But it’s not! I’m consistently served old coffee & today was given a seriously COLD old coffee. 0 effort goes into this operation, simply go to the one up sunrise/across from Costco. Service is so much better and product is actually consistent with Starbucks promises.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They were out of an ingredient for the drink I ordered, so they provided me with recommendations for something else. The drive-thru gets busy, so I prefer going inside or ordering ahead. The location is clean and comfortable, and I like that the sinks are separate from the bathrooms.
I start my work early in the morning and this is my favourite place . Always good chi tea and great staff specially thank you Amanda
Decent spot for all your favorite Starbucks drinks, but they frequently are out of what you might want and have issues keeping their lobby open.

Very cool Starbucks with lots of room to lounge near windows, also has a large back patio with ample seating outdoors. Staff seems very friendly and menu selection for espresso and tea drinks is robust. Check this out if you are in the Sunrise/Rancho Cordova area.
I bought the fruit tray, grapes were fresh, apples were crisp,crackers a little hard but taste good. Cheese good comes with cheddar and bree yes coffee tasted great. I would return. Was easy to eat while driving. I was headed out of town.
Generally nice staff. One day I made a mobile order for drive thru only to show up and it was closed. I had to walk in looking like a scrub. Fortunately I had my shoes on.
Commenters saying service for mobile orders is slow. They're being nice, service for mobile is the worst I've ever had. There were people waiting in the store for a regular coffee, which takes 2 seconds to fill. Just pour the coffee so people can move on.
