really terrible service! management has been awful since january!!!! hire more people and pay them better. managers need to DO BETTER FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!

Was in drive thru at 6:20 pm. 3-4 cars in front. I got to window at 6:30, would not take my order because they were closing early. I get that, holiday and all, but they should have at least helped they patrons that were in line before their closing time. When asked about the car in front, " oh, they placed their order at 6:29" walked away from window and would not acknowledge us at all. Very rude tone of voice.
Disgusting rude service and badly made drinks.
Today I ordered a venti cappuccino and my coffee was given to me half, the cup was not full???
Nice place, management needs to deal with lack of supplies. Not having milk Seems to be pretty basic, even for a Starbucks.

This Starbucks is a joke and has been getting worse and worse. My 25 year old veteran boyfriend just left VISIBLY perturbed because he had to ask them to remake my drink THREE TIMES because they only filled my GRANDE cup up two thirds of the way. That's 2/3. They tried to blame is on ice displacement, yet EVERY TIME THEY MADE A NEW DRINK, WITH BRAND NEW ICE AND NEW EVERYTHING, THEY ONLY FILLED IT 2/3. I've been to this location before and ordered the exact same thing and NEVER have I receive such trash. Don't waste your time and money here. Go to the Gold River location just down the road. They aren't rude to you there and they know how to correctly make their own drinks. I will never go here again and I will be telling my friends to never come here.
This is ridiculous! I been here for a few times including today and two out of three times I been here through drive thru, they gotten my order wrong! The first time I just thought that there's many new people running so I dismissed it but this time it was just no. I would NOT recommend this Starbucks no matter what!
