Not very friendly like the other Starbucks’z. They also took 10 mins to make my latte. They didn’t give me a drink sleeve with my hot latte or a stopper and for $5.65 i think my drink deserves both!
Awesome little store. They have a drive thru, dining area and order ahead.

I usually have amazing experiences at this location, and I mean I was treated nicely this time too. I ordered a venti drink but something felt off when they handed it to me. So I opened it and it turned out to be not even full, I basically got a grande for the price of a venti. I understand holiday drinks can be annoying to make since everyone wants them, but they aren’t cheap to buy either haha.

The manager on duty this morning at 10:00AM turned a disappointing experience into a good one. This past Saturday I placed a mobile order for in store pickup as I was on a very tight schedule. Right when I walked up to the store to come in for my pickup, they locked the doors to the lobby and said to go through the drive thru, which already had 10 cars in it. I had no time to spare and had to leave, and was charged for a drink I didn't get. I came back in today and spoke to the manager about it and she was outstanding, apologized, and after checking my receipt for the Saturday drink, she remade the drink for me without any questions. Very positive attitude. On my way out the door she ran me down to give me a gift card for another drink for my troubles. Outstanding customer service!! I really appreciated it.
Was ok they made one of the drinks wrong and didn't put enough sfree syrup in mine as well as they put in a short straw
I didn't like my drink so I went back in and they went above and beyond to make the situation right. All of the workers were so kind and showed concern about my issue while other stores generally make a deal out of me having an issue in the first place. This is my go to store and I have had great experiences everytime I go.
