Horrible place, giving out cold coffee when you ask for regular HOT coffee. Bad experience especially when you need a good cup of coffee. Fail.
5 time now and they can't get drinks right and workers sit around gossiping. People really need to be trained. I think if management could just train better it would be a good spot. Girl at counter rang my credit card twice.
My last visit was awful. But normally, I absolutely love this location. They’re always sweet, kind, professional, quick and prompt. But no one is perfect which is why I still give them 5-stars. We all have off days.

Starbucks seems to have the following policy: if it is too popular and sells too well, they discontinue it. Examples include, maple oat nut scones, oat bars (at least they're still available in Canada), and Guatemala coffee beans.
