Ordered an XL pizza, called to confirm I could pay with a roundtable gift card which they confirmed. I came to pick up my pizza, their gift card processor wasn't working, they said I could only get my pizza if I paid for it with cash or credit card like I'm the reason for the gift card malfunctioning. Ended up not getting the pizza, poor management style and business ethics.

Their pizza is very good and has been my favorite place to go. We decided to eat inside Round Table on this visit and I was truly grossed out. It was 4pm on Friday and it looked like a herd of elephants had come thru and had a food fight. Salad bar was unpleasant looking and the entire floor had partially eaten food and used napkins everywhere. If this is how they treat the customers area, I wonder how messy it can be im the kitchen. I will be ordering my pizza to go or have it delivered from today forward.
Pizza was amazing! Even with a coupon, a little spendy. We were not disappointed.found out that they have a salad bar open as well.

Ordered take out and got there to pick up pizza and they could not find pizza. Remembered making but could not find it. 6 staff and total mismanagement. You ask a question and they just walk away an look bewildered. Store was filthy and 1 staff just standing there drinking soda. I was actually sad.
I don't mind paying premium for excellence, but a small gourmet veggie should not be dry, chewy, and barely warm - for $27!?
Placed my order online and headed to the store to pick it up, my receipt said 45 minutes so I arrived at 615pm which was 45 min from the time I placed my order, when I went to the register they hadn’t even pulled the ticket and started the pizza! Now I’m waiting another 30-45 for them to make and cook my pizza! Horrible service, no apology or offer to make it right, so I sit here with the other 3 people whose orders aren’t made yet either. I won’t be coming back here with this horrible customer service.
