Great except we ordered party platters which was confirmed. Yet no order was produced. Arrived at the place no order and refund process was bad ik it sucked! Sandwiches are great customer service not so much
I asked for double meat and he kept saying he was doing it yet he didn't. Also he forgot to put specific meat on my sandwich and when I asked he said he did when I was watching the whole time and seen he didn't .

Thought I would give this place one more try. Will be the last for certain. I ordered a pastrami sandwich. After learning the company discontinued the steak. But too lazy to take it off the menu. Wanted flat bread. Apparently there was only two options on a Sunday afternoon. Rye or French. He then takes a plastic container with the meat. And microwaves it. This is the reason I would never eat here again. It gets better. So as he is dumping the liquid out of the container, as well as some of the premeasured meat into the trash can. Mind you. He has one ear bud in and on the phone this whole time. the other ar piece dangling inches away from the sandwich . He then puts the cherry on top. Mayo? Do they not train these people?
Stay away from this location! Order online for pick up and got home it was completely wrong. Customer service is horrible & rude.
Very slow and employee was rude and the store looked dirty get tetanus shot before entering
