The woodland store was probably one of the best restaurants around. Not anymore. Pizza has been undercooked. Soggy. Lacking anything that resembles toppings. I just made my last purchase. I’ll never get anything from them again. Sad sad ????????
I have loved pizza guys for years but they charged my card $70 over a week ago I didn’t order pizza and the manager at the Berkeley California store has every excuse as to why I haven’t gotten my money back this happened Aug.31 today is Sept.8 I have called corporate no respond now moving on to better business bureaus.

After a cold pizza and rude delivery I was promised a comp pizza. When I ordered my pizza I told the man several times that the pizza was to be complementary. After never getting a straight answer I asked for the manager who said it was taken care of. Upon receiving the pizza “cold again” I was charged full price. I called the manager who said he would credit my card. Of course he never did. I called back the next day and the manager said that if I had such a bad experience why would I order pizza from them “I never will again” and that I was harassing him and he would report me!!! I talked to the owner he went on and on about COVID and told me he would give me a partial credit. Of course he didn’t!!! All could have been avoided at least three times by being honest with me. Don’t do it!!! There are plenty of other pizza restaurants!!
I ordered pizza that had raw dough and was pretty much told too bad. According to FDA raw pizza dough can make you sick so I will be turning them into the proper fopd safety agencies.
I ordered 2 pizzas last night and everyone is sick this morning. I called and they said don't order from us anymore. They wouldn't even give me their name or let me speak with a manager. This is the worst!! It was the pizza guys in tracy California on tracy Blvd.
This isn't ok I order a lot sometimes it's good sometimes we have issues but this is unacceptable cold upon delivery and smashed I mean seriously guys
I ordered 2 pizzas Tuesday night at 7:15 pm and was told by the manager that it would take an hour to get our pizza which was a lil longer than normal due to them being understaffed, so I agreed since she was up front and honest. 8:30 rolls around so my wife calls to find out if our pizza was sent out, Cynthia the manager gets on the phone and tells her oh sorry it’s gonna be another 45 min! Didn’t offer any other info just it’s gonna be another 45 min. I’m not a stickler about delivery time but 2 hours isn’t acceptable. So we asked for a refund and will never buy pizza from them again. I have 2 hungry kids and a hangry wife that now has to figure out dinner in 20 min before showers start. Huge waist of time.
