This is for the location on Zinfandel in Rancho Cordova. Accessible location with ample parking outdoor and indoor seating. Staff are curteous and friendly. Props to the employee who helped us with a problem, though I don't know his name, one can immediately see a good example of a good client server. The food is good but we thought on the pricey side for the servings. We tried a variety of pastries, sandwiches, soup, coffee and tea and enjoyed them all. We would eat here again. For a coffee drinker there club offer on coffee is a good deal.
I have never tried panera up until about 3 weeks ago. All my co workers told me how great it is all the time so I finally gave it a try. I have been missing out because the first thing I tried off the menu was the chipotle chicken Avocado melt and OMG...amazing. so flavorful and all the ingredients combined work so well with one another. I usually do a online order "rapid pick up" and they always have my lunch ready on time. Highly recommend this place. Restaurant is clean and staff is friendly.
I work near by and USED to go there almost every day. It seems like they are very unorganized with orders. I specifically reserved a soufflé to come pick up, and the girl be hind the register sold my reservation to the customer in front of me. As I asked the employee why, she does nothing to fix my issue but ask the manager if more soufflés are coming out, No, that’s why I reserved it, they only make one batch a day. That’s why I reserved it! This is one of many issues I have with this facility. Last week my online delivery was never delivered, and I had to have a refund. I will not be returning to this establishment.
Solid 3 star review. All of the napkin dispensers were empty. Everyone in my group enjoyed their lunch. Service was friendly and reasonably fast.
Not really a bakery. Not really good, but some how everyone loves this place. Wish there was a local bakery in place of this.
I have given this location three chances on their Mac and cheese recently. I used to get it all the time and loved it back in 2019. But not anymore, the first batch I got recently was spoiled rotten. I could get the second batch cause they weren’t serving it. And the third batch has bits of plastic in it. I do NOT recommend the Mac and cheese
I went to the local Panera’s for a free coffee (on the monthly program) & a pastry. It proved that the Coffee sipping offer works at most other locations. This is an older Panera’s than my regular Roseville one. And it is bigger. It is still clean throughout, including the bathroom. It is a good friendly Panera’s with the smiling service. They have drive-thru service and it appears to be doing much business, I saw cars lining up. They serve healthy fare and make it taste good.
I like this location. I do not go to Panera often but it's always clean and well managed. I use it to do homework every once in a while, so my lack of stars is due to the lack of outlets, the wifi is ridiculously slow and barely works, and then the food is expensive for how much you get.
bought thai chicken soup, does not taste like thau chicken soup at all,it is actually gross,it tast like it is drowned ;n black pepper not thai pepper at all, does not have rice,does not tast like lemon or curry, it is gross,this is like expecting mcdonalds to make cuisine, the worst part about it was realizing that there was a real Thai food restaurant next door
Delivery was very quick, soup was hot and delicious, but this was my steak and cheese half sandwich.
