Poor service . I ordered pick up @ 12:40 05/06/22 . No one acknowledged me as I’m standing there at the register .Ángela begins to charge customer without asking me what I needed .Now I’m literally standing g over the man as he is sliding His card not knowing where to go.They need to have a better system in place for pick up .I will never come here again
0 star if I could. No fortune cookies again. The guy that taking the order gave us very small portions compared to the people in front of us, they should weigh their foods to avoid these kind of issues. Our order was packed but the people in front of us meal aren’t ready, still in cooking. They wanted us to wait but we refused. We told them, we want to pay for our foods and shouldn’t wait because other people foods were not. Very unorganized, no wonder why it’s always taking so long here.
The workers here are unorganized and just plain stupidThey don't ask to cook to drop anything until they ran out of it completely and then they try to give you your food when it's not even completed (still waiting on fakgus beef). No cookie no plastic warehouse no soy sauce. Even when you just asked for it. Blows my mind how these people can keep their jobs
Initially they forgot one of my entree's, I had to go back to the restaraunt and once they seen that it was missing, they made a whole new order and let me keep the first one. I cant complain...great customer service!!!
This has to be the worst Panda Express I’ve been to, more like panda the slowest, rudest and unprofessional. I was happy when I got there because there was only one other customer in the line. It took the guy who took the order for 15 minutes to pack the foods only when the customer ordered 3 bowls of foods. Consider the foods were precooked, it shouldn’t took that long. When it came to my turn I ordered bigger plate, and I was asked what do I want for my sides. I told them want I wanted and then I was told one of the Items is in the process of cooking. They were expecting me to wait. They didn’t tell me how long it will take so I asked them. They told me 10-15 minutes. I told them I don’t have time to wait for that. So I asked them to give me one of the available sides. When I got to the checkout I was told one of the side is not ready. They told me my food is coming up, so I paid for my order. I wait for 5 mins and went to them and asked for my food and one of them yells “your food is coming up” while you can see the cook was still cooking it. You can’t just lie to the customer in their face when they can see everything the cooks are doing or yell at them like that. I am not stupid! They should had told me if the food wasn’t ready to begin with. The cashier at least said she’s sorry even though it wasn’t her fault. The manager/supervisor and others acted very arrogant without admitting it was their mistake.
There online ordering sucks. They give you small portions and forget stuff. Last night we ordered 2 bowls and 2 egg rolls. The chicken tyeraki bowl they forgot my tyeraki sauce so I had to eat plain chicken. We asked for online chili sauce and soy sauce and nothing. Plus no sauce for egg rolls. What a bad experience and people who don't know how to read or do things. Obviously if you ordered tyeraki it should come with the sauce.
1st time visiting this location. I arrived 40 minutes before they close. They had very few items to choose from. I specifically had a craving for their chicken egg rolls. They said sorry we don't have any. Ask okay how long before any already? They looked at me like I was crazy. The girl helping me asked the girl next to her, the other girl just shook her head no. You've got one job to do people. Never coming back.
I've been up at work since 4:00 a.m. I waited Until 10: 30am to order my food so it gives them enough time to make it all fresh I get my food I have no sauce for teriyaki chicken no utensils and my food was cold terrible! I'm so over this. Don't get me wrong I know it's not authentic Chinese food but for real why take people money if you not going to do your best.If you are allowing doordash to get orders from individuals who cannot make it into your business do you have to take responsibility for what door dash does as well if they're taking too long or taking other routes to bring me my food you're a part of that yes you have a contract with doordash so you two work together so if I'm not satisfied then it's both of your responsibility to take the fault.It just doesn't make and all you have to say is sorry .
Food was good, but it is understaffed. It took me aprox. 45 min. to get my order, the workers where getting ready one in person order while getting ready many online orders, and where very confused with every order. If you want to get fast food Panda Express is not the place.
