Fantastic Hawaiian bbq. We’ve been to other Ono’s chains. This meal was so fresh and tasty. My kids loved it. We had the chicken bbq and shrimp. Service was superb. Cashier/server was very friendly and attentive. Clean inside and outside. Wish we had a location closer to our house.
We have been missing Ono since getting stationed here in NorCal and were so happy to have it again for lunch last week. None of these other Hawaiian places in the area have anything on Ono! Tasted just as good and fresh as ever, reminds me of my dads cooking! Everything tasted delicious, hot and fresh and love that their containers are made out of recyclable materials instead of the old black styrofoam boxes! The only thing I wanted more of was cabbage, I felt like it was a lot less than before. But other than that PERFECT!
I think the fish quality is no longer good. It's mushy and bland. I won't be ordering the seafood mix again. That whitefish is something else. Swai is pretty good but not sure what I had.
Very much enjoyed my meal here! Food was also reasonably priced and it was enough for me to save half for later. I got the chicken & beef combo and also got some spam musubi. I ended up doing 2 scoop rice & 2 scoop Mac salad (I like that this is an option). You also have the option to distribute those 4 scoops with vegetables. If you do that, note it is just cabbage and broccoli (my husband ordered some).Overall positive experience, we ordered online and it was ready when we arrived 20 min later. We have never tried Ono before since we usually go for a different place that we're accustomed to. Decided to try Ono since it's close by and they delivered & will be our go to Hawaiian BBQ place now!
Food was fresh and worth the money. Has one of the best Terikay sauces around here. Definitely will return
Ordered BBQ katsu mix and got some burnt chicken that seemed and tasted cancerous. They didn't want to remake the chicken for free so I had to pay extra to get the chicken again.
Great food and service every time. Very consistent. This is our go-to when it comes to Hawaiian barbecue.
The food here is awesome. You know food is good when the plain white rice is so good! I highly recommend the mini meal it is plenty of food. Get the chicken katsu! The spam masubi is great as well. The macaroni salad is so addicting I could eat this place once a week and I will be coming again soon.
Their food is good here . I just wish for the lunch plates they served less cabbage and more broccoli. They also need to add more macaroni salad because they don't put much on there.Overall the service is great here.
