Went to this McDonald's to check out the new buildings and new construction. Big sign on the door says come on in and kids inside the store playing and running around. When I went up to the door it's locked no one will open it. Good thing you spent millions of dollars on this location cuz I won't be coming back. thanks have a great day
Stopped here for some food & rest. I was getting tired driving from Tahoe & decided it was best to get something to eat & rest up for a couple hours. Did just that & was glad I did. No one bothered me while I slept but that could have been my two pit bulls in the back of the car! Good people & great customer service!
It seems that every McDonald's that I go to these days isn't putting enough salt on their fries, if any at all. With that being the case, this is why I gave them 4 stars rather than any less. Since every location seems to be doing it. I don't want to single out this one. Come on McDonald's! Go back to the old ways and add more salt to the fries! It's the only reason why they were favored by so many people over other fast food restaurants. Without it, I don't even enjoy them anymore...
The location has been redone and I Mcloving it! The burgers are just as greasy as they ever been. Service was great! They are trying out not interacting with them as well. You have to use the kiosk to order your meals. As an introvert I enjoy this change, thank you McDonalds!
This place is the worst McDonald’s in sacramento. I stopped getting food over a year ago but tonight I was desperate so I got some food and somehow the cheeseburgers had a burnt taste to them. Everyone eating them had the same reaction: “wtf, did they burn the ketchup/burger.” This location is trash, we’ll below the sub par standard of McDonald’s
Fast drive thru. Clean and nice interior. Service is always friendly. Food has always been hot and fresh. Always happy with my experience here.
Check your order before you leave. One of the worst McDonald's in the city, despite the remodel. The people working there are as bright as a black hole. I know it's a hard job but you're still making money. At least try.
With Kiosk only ordering it is difficult to request specifics to your order (e.g. no salt on fries, or no ice in soda. Plus it is complicated to authorize your rewards for redemption. Nothing like human hands on service.
