Very clean, courteous employees, accessible and clean restroom for public use, I will absolutely frequent often, preferred over the Folsom street location(their Frappuccino machine broken down at least 4 times), would not substitute for my 4500 reward points lost, one cannot use the app to guarantee that their Frappuccino machine is working, no app orders after 9PM
We just moved Anatolia and had food truck on our first night here. It was really cool to enjoy sunset and dessert in our new home the first night. ??
We were the only car in the drive-through and when we went to the window for our happy meals and food everything was handed to us in one big Brown bag.not knowing that all of the food was in the bag I was waiting for the happy meal boxes to be passed to me when the lady looks over man says you got all of your stuff you can go.I then start to open the bag to look inside to make everything is in there and she says it's all in there you can go in a louder voice. There were no cars behind me so no need to rush me out of there and when I got home I noticed that the Apple juices from the happy meals were missing and the fries for one of the kids were missed.I have to take partial responsibility for this since we all know you should always check all of your stuff from fast food places before you leave because getting an order right is very difficult.
I worked here last summer and it was pretty bad. The employees are all nice except the manager who obviously favorites some employees and doesn't care about others. I got insulted by another employee who thought they couldn't hear me because they were speaking in the earphone. I have never went back to this McDonalds even to get food.
Unfortunately this branch has a bad habit of messing up your order. I stop by once or twice a week on the way to work and the morning shift has a tendency to be very abrupt and will interrupt you while ordering your food. Charged me for an apple fritter I didn't get today, and Monday gave me a quarter pounder but charged me for a double. Very annoying.
Friendly staff. The sausage egg mcmuffin bread was dry and crusty. It felt like it was from yesterday and reheated. Otherwise, your typical Mickey D experience. The Best one is in Sierra College Blvd in Rocklin. The one collated with a Chevron gas station. They actually put butter on their mcmuffins.
Argumentative staff, the women and man that worked today 2/5/2022 at approximately 12:30pm were very rude to my parents in the drive thru. To the point that they should of drove off without their food. And no one was in line! RUDE STAFF
Just went there and it wasnt busy but everything seemed to be moving really slow. When i got to the window i said hello 3 time and only the last time after a couple minutes did i get a reply of "just wait" then i ordered and got my food no thankyou no have a good day no please someone needs to take her off of drivethru, or hire someone who cares about their job and customers.
It's our go to place because ice tea and sodas are a dollar there. We get food off the cheap menu so a great place to hit for a snack. They some times they have pretty fast service so even with long lines it goes pretty good most of the time. Food always seems fresh just some times the fries might not be as hot as we would like. Still worth stopping in.
New owners and getting the kinks out quickly. The new staff seems to be integrating with the seasoned staff well, always a good sign. The food is always hot and accurate. The remodel looks terrific.
