They don’t clean their equipment correctly. There shakes sux, fries were to greasy, because they don’t change out the cooking oil on a regular basis. I WILL NOT EVER BE BACK TO ANY OF YOUR STORES AGAIN!!!!
Customer service was poor, gentleman taking order was impatient, and in the pics you see, the first one is when I first opened the bag, the second one being when i pulled the actual fry bag out & slid the fries on the side for a better view. Skin of disappointed but shouldn’t have expected nearly close to the bare minimum. Worst location

You can go inside and order here, Very friendly Staff and they do their best to keep the drive thru traffic moving at a steady pace
Honestly wouldn't normally rate so high but the staff at this location was rrrreaply sweet and accommodating to me. I appreciate that yall.
The lobby/dining area is closed again!!!!!!!! I wanted to use my app specials that expire TODAY!!!!!!! I've seen complete neighborhoods built in less time than this remodel is taking.
I went through the drive thru and asked for extra ketchup and onions on one of my burgers. The cooks drenched the burger in ketchup on top of the burger and inside of the burger it was completely soggy and wet. I'm not joking lol. I'm sure they did it on purpose. I just don't understand how they could treat people this way that's horrible. Probably got mad because I asked for extra. It's your job please learn to do it right. The Asian guy who works at the pickup window was very nice though thank you.
The food that I got is old, the hash brown taste like fish, you can taste the oil that they used is old.
Always very pleasant employees. McDonald's wasn't very accommodating during COVID -- dining room closed, and many restaurants closed entirely before 5:00 pm. Still, dining room closes early and drive- through doesn't serve customers dependent on wheelchairs, mobility scooters, or walkers. Feels like discrimination against mobility-challenged disabled folks. When COVID rules relaxed, McDonald's prices skyrocketed (food hasn't improved; fries just not the same anymore, don't have you craving them like in the past, but price of fries is absurd and shameful. Sadly, it's not the first place I consider eating at anymore.
Closed randomly at 9pm with no explanation....One of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to
