my favorite McDonald's, right up the street from me and the sweetest employees ever ??
I never like leaving negative reviews, but here we are, got part of my order wrong, so went in for them to fix it, they said no problem, I watched the employee who was handling the orders use a dirty rag to clean the counter top, threw trash away as well as touch the trash bin, then proceed to use the same gloves to make my food, I told another employee, that employee told him (the guy making food) he threw away the chicken sandwiches and proceeded to make new one with out changing the gloves again. So I mentioned it again and I'm assuming he had to explain to him that he needs to change gloves after handling trash....makes me wonder how many times I ate food from here after employees take out trash and touch other unsanitary things then make food. I've gotten sick once at this place and now i know why!!!! Check your orders always. Mcdonald's need to have a training for their employees especially those who handle food.

I used my app reward points(4500) for a free large Frappuccino, and they said that their Frappuccino machine is out of order, mind you that this happens at least thrice before, they would not compensate me for losing 4500 points off my app reward. I vowed never to patronize them again
I have seen McDonald's go downhill in every department in the last 2 to 3 years. The price on their signature product has more than doubled the Big Mac while being a lower quality than in and out or Burger King. I got coffee twice at the drive-thru service was fast price was low but the coffee the lowest quality imaginable except for that it was hot. I would give all McDonald's a one or negative one except for that the drive-thru service was very quick
This place was clean people were friendly and food was good.
My son loves this place but omg it has gotten so expensive ?♡ everywhere is so expensive now... And don't let me get started on gas prices?
I live down the street and I rarely stop at this location the times I went something always went wrong messed up orders missing food over charging or mobile app functions doesn't go through just a mess over there I try to avoid if I know I'll passing a different location on my way to work
Service was good, but the taste of the food is never consistent.
I don't know why this location has 2 lanes. Most of the time they don't answer on one lane. Today I got behind a car on the left and after 3 cars from the right went through I changed to that side. Pulling away with my order the same car was still sitting at that left side.
