Minimal sauce on any item ordered from this location. Also, getting my order placed takes extremely longer than usual, with one worker at the register, most of the crew talking to each other, gossiping or telling stories . All while making eye contact with the line of waiting customers as well as within range of hearing them from the front counter.
Hot and ready pizzas for like six bucks or something doesn't take that long to make a pizza so if you order one you'll have one in like less than 20 minutes. You can even use an app and get it ordered and made beforehand.
Pizza order was way late spoke to delivery girl who said she had one more delivery before mine but that she wasn't lost. Then picture of delivery showed it was delivered to the wrong apartment number. Paid over $10.00 in tax, delivery fees & tip and $30 for pizza and bread that I never got, now have to wait 7-10 business days to have my debit card refunded. Never again will I use their services, very disappointed with little concern on their behalf!

I buy this chess pizza for my kids but they burn the pizza and I can smell it. The test was awful. I think it doesn't matter how much you paying , customer service is matter, your customer care it's getting worse. I'm the existing customer and every day your pizza get worse.
Workers use personal cellphones and continue to touch pizzas without washing hands. They also put their mask down to rub their noses. No sanitizing or washing hands.
I watched a kid push a pile of pizza pans across the floor with his foot and then start using them. The dirty filthy floor. No wash no rinse just eeww. I said something about it and he told me to mmob and went back at it. Uh no thank you
