HORRIBLE RUDE worker at the Drive Thru. Waited 30 mins for my food when I was originally told it'd be a 5 min wait for the Famous Bowls. at 25 mins I went through the drive thru again to ask, along with other people who were waiting. I wasn't that upset at that point, just asking what was going on and that it's been 30 mins. They gave me my order and she told me "ITS BEEN 10 MINS!!" AND SLAMMED the window. Never will go here again.
No dine in and doesn't seem to be allowing dine in anytime soon. Even if I go through the drive through, the order almost always has something wrong with it. Used to be much better but honestly I'd still go back if they had dine in. They really don't want any customers eating inside when literally everywhere else is open inside. So dumb.
I don't eat here often but when I do, I like extra gravy for the famous bowl ( because they never give enough). I knew I would be charged for extra gravy and that's fine. But the amount they gave me is just ridiculous! There was about a tablespoon full and they charged me $2.49 for that!
Very unprofessional employees, I went to pick up my app order and door was locked ,then I went to drive thru , they told me to use another small door get inside and get my order. In fact I was stuck in the drive through and wasted my time.
Terrible customer service from the girl working drive thru today . Little girl working drive thru , clearly on a power trip . Lol??

OMG nasty nastyyyyy Kfc was my child hood food and always use to taste delicious and was always fresh now definitely will NEVER BE RETURNING at least not to this location. This may have been a $5.75 item but wow the quality of it gravy not being mixed properly to have gravy chunks/powder and to even have a bug in it my bowl Thats nasty this was meant for my 1 year old to eat., Called the store manager Sherry or Shelly cant recall her name explained situation she said they dont have ants in her store but did apologized for the gravy not being mixed properly due to them having new employees, Wow I get its fast food but still quality and freshness of food is everything to a loyal customer
