I have tried 3 times to come support this small business. Every single time we have had our order made wrong, served cold food or gotten an attitude about asking for substitutes or changes. Then when you ask for the owner to come fix it he also gives attitude and acts like he doesn’t understand what you’re saying to him. This time around I asked for a Turkey burger and got a giant burger with teriyaki sauce - which is nowhere near the same thing. My daughter got a chilli cheese dog and it was served cold with cold fries and a soggy bun. We waited for this meal for almost 20 minutes just to be served food this way.The soda machine is never working correctly and they are charging 3$ for a small. To drink WHAT?! There is no unsweet tea ever made but it’s out there. They made such a huge deal out of giving me a refund (when every other time I never asked for one) that I will never return here to eat. Poor food and bad customer service.10/10 do not recommend.
The burgers were not what I expected I wouldn't order one again if I went back prices are too high for the life quality that is being served. But it is a comfortable restaurant and I really liked the oldies styles and it was clean that's why they got 3 stars also they do have a full menu.
I've been going to Jasper Giant Burgers for over 30 years. The burgers are excellent and if you like Malts, this is the place!
Jasper's is an old school neighborhood treasure. By far the best burgers in Eastern Sacramento Valley! Make sure to try the sweet garlic fries, as well.
Nice staff. Good burgers!
The owner makes very good burgers here. I love getting the Westerner because I love the onion rings with bacon how it's put together. Their fries are always hot and crispy every single time. The place is very clean. I love how this place is very bright with a cool 70s theme feel to it. Thanks again you guys.. I'll be back again.
The people who work here seem to have a chip on their shoulder. Perhaps that’s why their business seems slow. ?
I don't normally order burgers but this is pretty much the only place I know in Rancho Cordova that offers ostrich burgers. Since I consider myself the adventurous type and curiosity was overwhelming my thoughts that day as I walked out of the Dollar Tree next door, I decided to give it a try. First of all, at $12.99 this burger wasn't cheap. I didn't really know what to expect as far as taste goes and the end product turned out to be somewhat dry and tasted sort of like a turkey that mated with a chicken. As you can see from the photo, this is a plain jane burger. Dressing it up a little bit with some mayo/ketchup sauce and maybe some grilled onions would have helped.
This burger joint is one of my favorite places to eat. The staff is friendly. It's clean, and their burgers and good. Mushroom burger is my favorite. The prices are reasonable since the serving is big and filling. I recommend this place 10/10.
I was pleasantly surprised when my girlfriend and I was driving about and saw that there was a Jasper's Giant Burgers still in existence. When we went into it, the place still looks the same. I ordered the chili burger with extra, extra jalapeños. It was a huge burger as ordered. The chili isn't the same as I remembered it. The burger was definitely filling though. The next time I order I will make sure that I get the extras for a burger... tomato, mayo, lettuce, onions. When they made it, it was lacking the extras. All-in-all... I will go back. I love Jasper's Giant Burgers ? ? ? ?
