Not sure why people rave about this place. They're incredibly slow and disorganized. Plates were coming out literally over 20 minutes apart. Said plate being GRILLED CHEESE AND FRENCH FRIES. It's not surprising in the slightest as not a single word of the kitchen cooking crew was communicating with one another. In the multiple award winning kitchens I've been in I've never seen a kitchen sound like a library. Food came and was ok at best. By the time my boys food got there my mashed potatoes were a solid gelatinous mass. USE POTATOES NOT BOXED. Took 10 family members to experience this. Not too happy. Jack's urban eat when ever it comes out kinda sucks.
Great food. We usually order to go as we like to picnic outside on the hill ? But the meals are prepared quickly and accurately and we’ve never had an issue with our order. Love the options and staff is super friendly. Clean environment. One of my favorite lunch spots!
This is the worst food that I have ever eaten. The only Thing edible was fries. The service sucks! Worst place ever. What a waste of money. I have never been more disappointed in eating out. Epic fail! This place needs to go out of Business. Save your money.
It was ok. The Cajun chicken sandwich was not blackened at all. Fries and macaroni was best part of meal. The club sandwich only had on slice of bacon. 2 slices would of made it better. The food overall just seemed ordinary, nothing setting it apart from other places.
One of my favorite places to eat but you will pay for the food but it's worth every penny
I was so disappointed in this location. Garlic fries were hard cold and over cooked, or reheated. We got the family size fries and they were cold and to hard to chew. The tri-tip sandwich was not as good as from the Roseville store. In Roseville store the garlic fries made you want to come back for more the sandwich to. Here I wanted to take all back to counter and tell them how bad it was and get my $47.00 back. I would have if my son didn't stop me. My son bought the drinks and the Mr Pibb was flat and the ice melted.
We ordered a meal for our work lunch today, one salad with no meat, and three salads with chicken. Every salad had raw chicken, making the whole meal inedible, and the one without meat was made wrong. When I called to let them know, no one answered. I’ve had Jacks Urban Eats at other locations and had no problem, but honestly not likely to come back to this one so as to avoid salmonella.
As usual, Urban Jack's does not fail to please. My husband and I each had the Turkey Club sandwich and split a Cesaer Salad. Staff was friendly, attentive and fast.
What the hell is is 7oz of tri tip? Give me everything. Also coworker did not like your salad. Why is there lettuce on my salad. Should of been all meat.
Jack's is my favorite go to for great food and a fun atmosphere. Everything on their menu is great!
