Not sure if always only 2 ppl working here or 1 at night. I go here because it open late and I get off work super late. But it's always supper slow, few times had my order wrong but I didn't return since was home already. And after 16+ hr days I have zero wish to drive and return. I like everything jack in the box has, just sux when u crave something and get different food. Always check your food. Tonight there was several vehicles in line and I only seen one employee who was just chilling by the counter. Mcds, carls jr and this jack in the box, all on Folsom lost our business. I'll drive to in n out on sunrise Blvd waist my time and gas but my food and order will be fresh and always correct. I still love jack in the box. Just not this location!
Jack in the Box will always get a five five star review for me only because it is open 24 hours the drive-thru I wish all these fast food restaurants are open 24 hours can't go wrong with being open for 24 hours it doesn't matter if the food is good or bad when its 4 in the morning and you're starving that's five star to me even if the food is shity but rarely that happens nothing's changed it's hit or miss still five stars for being 24/7
Worst experience ever. Begged my co workers to choose Jack in the box for much today, first they forgot part of my order so I had to drive back to the restaurant. The lady who spoke Spanish was nice and said she would replace what was missing in my order. I got back to my job and my $10 burger was burned. I will never come here again.
I would never go here again, terrible service, extremely long wait time, and then we did not even get the drinks that we paid for. Please save your money & headache of going here.
Pretty quick drive thru service. Employees are polite. They never have messed up our order. Which is pretty good. I appreciate that for sure.
Doesn't matter what time of day or what day, the drive thru is always the worst! I don't blame hard working employees, I BLAME MANAGER not doing a better job at hiring people!
It took me a bit to get through the drive through but it was worth the wait. I had a hot aND tasty spicy chicken sandwich with cheese. Just yummy ?!
I will say the same thing about every jack in the box...the employees are extremely slow, no matter the time of day or how small/big the order is...they are slow.I do like their tacos and egg rolls, though.
VERY slow drive through service. Long wait times and long lines for drive trough customers! Probably the slowest drive through in Rancho Cordova. Don’t stop here if you want to grab something quick.
Its getting worse by the day. Long waits in drive thru (20 minutes) and can't get your order correct. Rude customer service. I wouldn't recommend this Jack in the box.
