I've been going to In N Out since high school and they deliver the same excellent service everything.I've yet to have a bad meal here. Menu is simple, ingredients are fresh and the prices are very reasonable.
Just look at the line at virtually any In-N-Out and that should tell you something. They have about as basic of a menu as you'll find. They do burgers and fries, and they do it well. You won't find any gimmicks here, they stand solid on fresh and consistent food. The prices are competitive with any other fast food. Sometimes the line can make you want to explore other options, but the service is relatively quick. If you haven't eaten here it's definitely worth a try and if you have, then why you reading this?
It's in-n-out what can I really say. Either you love it or you don't. People complain about their small menu but that's what I like. There isn't a million options & when there isn't a ton of different things on the menu, the options that are on there are well made. I remember my 1st time trying a In-N-Out. I was 13 & going on a boating trip with my best friend & his YMCA big brother.. Share your first time if you remember
One thing you can say about In n Out is that they are consistent, and you know what you're gonna get. I wish there were a couple other items on the menu, like onion rings and bacon added on a burger.. there is a benefit to it's simplicity, it still would be with those 2 choices.
Long drive thru line but kind of expect it depending on when you get there. Other than that it went 100% as expected. They also hooked me up with a cup of ice for an injury I had happen just before I arrived. So they went a little out of their way at no extra cost, that's always appreciated!
When I asked for a lettuce-wrap burger for my child with Celiacs disease, Abbas went out of his way to ask if it was a gluten allergy and if I wanted it put on the tag. He then turned and yelled to the crew about it, “Order with allergy to gluten!”I love this In-N-Out, but I have NEVER had any restaurant (since we found out about the Celiacs) do that, and I appreciate it and love the customer service!! Thanks Abbas!!!
I ask that their 1,000 dressing & onion not be put on my burger, I got both. When they first came to CA the patties were big, now they are smaller than the tomato slices, if that's possible. I told my daughter, we are through with In N Out. We always get just a burger patty for her doggies, he wouldn't even it it.This was the Sunrise Ave. Location.
It was a disappointment...Usually very good. Long drive thru line so expected burger and fries to be hot...but only warm. Not like In n Out at all..
Fries weren't great today. Burger protein style was good but lettuce wasn't as crisp as it usually is... Excellent window service in the drive thru though.
A new experience, the spread sauce is great! A lot of choices and everything I've had so far was great( except the fries... don't bother haha) will be back
