This location is pricier than other locations. Their portions are smaller and the soft drinks are $3. They also intentionally give you a small teriyaki sauce so they can charge you 50¢ for extra. I’m surprised they don’t charge for napkins. Then they expect a tip for ordering and picking up your own order. Will not come back to this location. ?

My daughter and myself went there about 2 and a 1/2 months ago. I still remember the lack luster plate of food we ordered. We're from North Highlands and we're use to the I ❤ Teriyaki in Natomas and thought this one would be just as good. We were highly disappointed with what we received however the sushi was fantastic. I don't recommend this place for the noodle plates but, the sushi is the ?bomb.

Walk in and order. Teriyaki was less than. Chicken needs a good sear in which it did not. Basically bar food. Not recommended entirely.Just my opinion. They need to step it up.

This is the most inept example of this business model I have ever seen. We came here. Ordered 3 chicken plates and went outside to make business calls. When we went back in 15 minutes later to check on our order they had sold it a second time to someone else. They argued internally for 5 minutes. Scolded us for leaving and remade our plates, rudely, and without teriyaki sauce.Surprisingly bad. If you like train wrecks pop in.

My brother has been bringing home food from here for a few months and some of the reviews here about the quality of food are astounding and silly. Everytime I've eaten here the quality has been consistent which is the first grade of what makes a good restaurant. To me if my meat doesn't have a small char with the flavors of the day's cooking I wonder why I'm eating at a restaurant in the first place. And yes the sauce is sweeter than some places but it has depth and hits the spot. The orange is not just for decoration, it will bring out some of the flavors you may have missed if you're reading this. It's easy to park and walk around even if they are full there, it's in a pleasant area. The most affordable in that area and a few years ago it was my go to because they are faster than the other options around so perfect for a lunch break. The tempura is my favorite though. Fantastic, hot, flavorful, and consistent every time I've had it. And I havent even had the tempura without a waiting period from delivery yet.

This place has really gone down hill since my last visit and I told myself I'd rather drive all the way to North Natomas to visit Teriyaki Time than eat here. Yes I understand the price to food is going up that isn't the issue. Any place like this that I have been to, charges for extra sauce, yes. This place it use to be 25c then 2 years ago it went up to 50c then last year it went up to 75c and now it's $1 for extra sauce (that's not even filled up to the top) WHAT.... who charges that much for sauce that should just come with the food that is extremely high already do to costs going up.. I'm almost paying more for extra sauce then what a meal costs here. That ain't right and is price gouging...

Honestly used to love this place, I went yesterday and it was disgusting. The last 3 times I’ve gone the quality has been progressively worse. Customer service sucks, it takes a really long time to get your food, portions are bad, and seriously can’t believe how much the quality as declined. The rice was mushy and sticky, really gross texture. Chicken also gross texture and honestly seemed old. I threw it away. If im spending $20 on terryaki it should be enjoyable man! These are seriously like $9.00 plates of food and they charge closer to $20, and the quality and cleanliness has seemed to go down substantially. Personally would steer clear.

Food was awful. I have eaten teriyaki noodles my whole life and these were the worst I have ever had in my life. They were so sweet and not in a good way. It was like eating candy. The portions were not great compared to other restaurants, the salad and rice were drenched in teriyaki juices. Just plain awful. My mom took one bite and refused to any more.

Very expensive for disgusting food. I paid 18 dollars for there beef noodles. I got barely no meat with a very small portion of noodles. They got over on me. Do not come here and waste your money.

I've eaten here years ago when I worked in the area. Chicken teriyaki ok - not as good as I remember.
