Those were the best bahn mi sandwiches I have ever had! They were warm on fresh bread and very juicy, not dry. My mouth is watering as I am typing this review. ? I can not wait to go there again.

ordered their bun bo hue and it was absolutely delicious! came with a side of chili oil and of course i dumped the whole thing in. full of delicious brisket and meat, only thing missing is the pork blood / blood cube. otherwise sooo good & inexpensive if ur craving bun bo hue in rancho :)

The woman taking orders was a real sweetheart. The menu is large, there is a huge variety of food to order from and drinks also. Front door is locked and you must enter from the right side of the building. There is seating available to sit and eat, however it was a tad warm for my liking and chose to take the sandwich to go. This was the Grilled Pork Bahn Mi sandwich, all ingredients were fresh and so tasty. I love the peppers and how crunchy they are! I can't tell you how much I have fallen in love with the Bahn MI sandwiches, i had never heard of them until about 1 year ago and now i am addicted to them! I will be returning soon to try other items on the menu! Very easy location to get to located on the north side of Flosom Boulevard.

Found this awesome little shop last year. Came to visit family here in CA from TX. Made sure my wife and kids got to enjoy the wonderful sandwiches that they make here. Make sure to add this place to your "wow, I can't believe how good the food is" list. Make your mouth happy, eat here!

Food tasted good even though did not come out as nicely arranged, decent amount of meat also. The veggie for soup is a bit limited. The lady was nice but I had to order and pay up front at counter for dine-in, more like self service/to go place.

These sandwiches are awesome!A bit too much meat. Yeah, thats the biggest "issue" I've ever had. Non-issue really.I find the price totally worth it. I just wish they were closer to home.If you've never been, don't let the boarded up look dissuade you. They are open and they have delicious food.

Bahn mi sandwiches are delicious. Fresh baguettes and a good selection of different flavors. They also have a hot lamp with fresh egg rolls that you can take to go or order a new batch too. Friendly staff. Perfect for a quick lunch

Quality and care of food has changed. Ordered 2 banh mi sandwiches and both lacked flavor and the bread had a different texture. I am more familiar of their South Sac location which is always better. For now will look at alternatives

Ordered the beef teriyaki sandwich, spring rolls, and fresh spring rolls (summer rolls). The fried spring rolls are off the chains. They're so good I bought the rest and they had to make more. The sandwich was just as good. You can customize the sandwich as i asked for no jalapeños and they delivered. The beef was mild to spicy but that's what teriyaki is supposed to be.This is a must have. Go there and you won't be disappointed. I swear whatever they're doing to those spring rolls they need to keep it up.If you're reading into the other negative reviews, notice how one person confused food poisoning with food allergies then blames the restaurant for not accommodating them. The other person made a complaint during the height of the pandemic and made their entire decision on just that alone.

I went a couple weeks ago and got quite a bit, total bill came out to about 31.50ish. Prices seem to have gone up again since the pictures from 8 months ago on here from other reviewers, so I'll try to include my costs.5. BBQ Pork Banh MiNot bad sandwich, plenty of ingredients including meat. Done in chinese bbq pork style. Meat could have been a little more flavorful but overall I think decent value for $5.75 ish. However, I think I'd prefer the grilled pork banh mi style of bbq better.12. Special #1 & #2 Banh MiAlso a good sandwich. Again lots of meat, which makes the value much more worth it IMO. The surprise here was getting some cucumbers in addition to the typical veggies (i think on both sandwiches there was pickled carrot and radish, cilantro (a little old), jalapeño slices (also a little old)). In case anyone is confused about the name, it includes the meats from sandwich number 1 and 2. Cost for this might have been ~$626. Rare Steak PhoPretty good pho, decent portion. Soup was fairly oily which made me feel this place is decently legit, although I haven't had Pho in a while so it's hard to say. It was pretty good and they were fairly generous with meat portions (10-12+ thin slices) we took it takeout so it came in typical tall plastic takeout container for soup and a baggy with bean sprouts, basil stalks, and jalapeños i think. Also onion slices pretty sure. I think the cost was around $12.50.1. Taro Milk TeaThis was very interesting. Like others say, they likely use the real taro root in this drink, so expect a grainy texture. As a result though, this has an incredibly rich and full flavor. Very creamy and dense. This drink is very much like a dessert and I would treat it as such. Personally I watered it down when I got home so it could be sipped more leisurely lol. Boba in it was okay quality. Cost was about $5 I think. For anyone not used to taro, the closest american comparison would probably be sweet potato although it's very different still. Much more of a earthy nutty (kind of hazelnutty) sweet and slightly vanilla-y flavor.Restaurant was kind of messy filled with boxes, likely remnants from COVID style operations of restaurants. Not fantastic ambience for dine in especially since there was no a/c when I went in and the tv menu screens were all off, place was generally cluttered a bit towards the non-dining area of the restaurant. I did come in during off meal hours though and the people working were pretty friendly.Overall, pretty decent vietnamese place near Rancho Cordova. I haven't been to any others but I wouldn't want this place to go out of business if I wanted some vietnamese food in a pinch. Please come here!
