Unfortunately this place has really bad service and doesn’t care about their customers. I tried many drinks here hoping they would be good but I’ve been disappointed every time. Last time I came I waited for over 15 minutes for 2 coffees and there were only 3 people ahead of me who also didn’t get their orders for a long time. When I got my coffee it wasn’t sweet so I asked for a little more caramel and they told me to use truvia because more caramel will be an extra charge. I won’t be coming back here again.

Hadn't had a Vietnamese sandwich in awhile, so I was excited to try place near by. Sadly it was a total disappointment.. took bout 30mins to make 1 sandwich and a coffee.. order from work waited like 10mins then drove to pick up and had to wait another 10mins... was no line inside.. when finally got sandwich it was nasty, meat was dry no flavor nor much sauce.. just kinda ruined Bahn mi for me.. coffee was alright was a simple Carmel macchiato.. may order drink again but will be skipping the food...

Ordered from here plenty of times for their appetizer potstickers with dip sauce so delicous, no wait time for lunch. Also ordered a couple boba drinks for lunch on different days also no wait time. The last time I ordered their burrito wrap it is HUGE for their price, ordered online for lunch waited 20 mins.I will keep returning for small orders

I read some negative reviews here so I was skeptical about trying them, but they were actually great. We tried their chicken, crispy chicken, and ham and pate banmhi. They did not skimp out on the meat at all. Wayyy more bang for your buck than subway/Togo's. The flavor on the chicken were solid and they were not dry. My friend devoured the ham and pate one so I didn't get to try it myself but with how fast he ate it, it was probably amazing. We also tried the Okinawa milk tea, marble milk tea, and dark lilac. I don't think they were exceptional per se but they were still solid milk teas. I saw some review talking about clumpy boba, but that was not the case for me. Maybe there was some consistency issue in the past but at least there were no issues when I went.I truly believe this place would be a lot more popular if they have a better location. That plaza is kind of dead, but if you're in the area, it's definitely worth the stop!

The service is good, usually the wait isn't too long. The boba drinks and the burrito wraps are pretty good :D

One of my all time favorite places to eat. The meat in BBQed fresh every day and the food and smoothies are top notch so yummy and healthy.

My family loves Fusion Boba and we ride our bikes there about once a month. We like the Banh Mi sandwiches and also the Milk tea and smoothies. The prices seem a bit high but the quality and service is very good. They used to have some loyalty programs and it made the prices a little more tolerable.

Wife said the crispy pork sandwich was dry and the yams were hard enough she couldn't even bite thru them. The spring rolls were not bad actually. And the Boba tea was alright, Boba was tougher then normally like them. So overall wife doesn't think it's worth the price and probably will be the first and last time she eats from here.

We were passing through and wanted to get some boba. We had a couple of different varieties of tea drinks and ordered some Vietnamese sandwiches and were pleasantly surprised with the delicious preparations. Thumbs up!

I bought a Fusion Madness burrito and I ordered it specifically without jalapeños or anything spicy along with my boba pick-up order. I bit into it and it seemed fine until my tongue got on fire. I immediately started to drink my boba to try and cool it and I made a joke to my mom that it was weird because I thought if they mistakenly put peppers in it, I’d be able to handle it. I finished my entire jumbo boba and my tongue was still on fire that’s when I started to worry, water didn’t work, eggnog worked for a second but didn’t last and I basically stole my mom’s jumbo boba to try and cool it. NOTHING worked. I started to freak out bc it was getting REALLY painful and I even started to cry and we had nothing left but water. I ended throwing up due to everything I was drinking. Mg tongue only started to cool down after 15 mins. My lips and tongue were bright red by the end of it. I still don’t understand why this happened but obviously I won’t be going here again.
