This place is extremely greedy with their salsa’s. Came in with my family ordered a family meal and asked for extra salsa they refused to give it and instead said they were out to avoid us getting extra condiments. Wont be back!
The 5 pice chicken meal was great. However when it came down to there promotional al la barria taco plate it was disappointing and overpriced.

The chicken is pretty good (definitely the best grilled chicken in fast food). I just wish the sides were better. We've given up on rice and beans and didn't think the mashed potatoes or mac & cheese were much better.

They have a family 10 piece deal with your choice of two side dishes. Figure out if you want flour or corn tortillas. Ask, and they'll pack fresh salsa in the take out. The flame roasted chicken is so delicious, I succumbed to the temptation to make 5 normal sized meals into..... 2 hungry man sized meals. Yeah, maybe you shouldn't do that..... The 10 piece special is not 20 dollars in California no matter how many times that national commercial announces, feed the family for 20!
We ordered through the drive thru and noticed noone wearing gloves. It was totally disgusting. Health dept. Needs to be checking in on the places.
Food is mediocre. Chicken is mostly dry and overcooked. Sides are bland as f#$% and they give you ZERO seasoning for them.I've been to better El Pollo Locos
You have to watch them. They often forget all condiments with the order. If I had not asked for extra dressing I would not have had any for my salad. So always check your order.
