If you want to wait 10 minutes for a cup of water and have cold fries, this is the place for you. All Denny's are the same food wise but at this specific location you will be waiting at least 10 minutes regardless of what you ask for. If you have the waiter named Elias make sure you have a book. He isn't attentive and will do the bare minimum with service.It was so bad that the group I was with one night told the manager about his services, paid then left. Thinking he would at least have a talk with his manager. That was last month fast forward to tonight, he was more occupied by his girlfriend then checking on his tables. It felt that we needed to be his girlfriend to be able to get decent serves.Overall just go to another Denny's location, unless you absolutely need to.
The food is always good, however there should be something in place for food being delivered. Tape the bags, seal the bags, anything but giving the food to a dasher as if it were the customer who's going to consume the food. Food safety should be taken seriously.
A place to stop and eat. I had one of their sizzling skillets, which was smothered in a much-too-sweet sauce which kinda ruined it. The vegetables were meagre and overcooked. It's a Denny's, you get exactly what you know you're going to get. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was clean, the food came quickly, it was cheap.
Fast and very friendly service. Specially when you need to eat fast and go to work.
A Disabled Veteran that was given very poor customer service. I ordered online for curbside pickup the rep or clerk didn't want to bring it out, that's the impression he gave anyway and also forgot my pancakes m.j
It was nice and clean. We got seated quickly. The waitress was very nice. I could tell that they were short staffed. Our food took a while but I didn't mind it. Only thing I was not really impressed with was the my plate the new chicken biscuits and gravy. I was excited for it but got it and it was cold and didn't taste the greatest.
This Dennys should be shut down for a lot of reasons starting with the service (lack off),the cook(doesnt have any pride in his work,job,self) to go orders being riped off out off of the counter inside the restaurant. Bad experience all around never will I eat there again no matter how hungry or starved that I may be NEVER AGAIN.
We have been going to this location over 15 years and, we have never had any issues. But lately their night staff have been Acting weird, getting the orders wrong and, not apologizing about their poor customer service, instead they asked us to leave if we don’t like their service . This was the second time we were told to leave. I spoke whit their manager two times already regarding this issue but he seems like to make fun of the situation instead of taking any action . I will follow up with this situation till I find the right person in charge to discuss this situation to.Overall there is very very poor customer service in this location, from the staff and even the manager. I would appreciate if you guys do a follow up on this issue. I do have the name of staff and manager at this location if its needed . I did not want to mention it here, but if dennys doesn’t take action, i will next time . Please forward this message to the corporate, if not i will try to find a way to do that myself …..I would rate 0 for this location, hope there was an option for 0 , so I had to rate 1
Good service, friendly waitress. My order was incorrect, but I was on the end of a better deal, so nothing was complained about. :) The food was piping hot and stayed hot! They've installed glass separators in between the tables, over the seat back rests, so that provides privacy as well as the obvious sanitary reasons. They seemed pretty busy, and are hiring if anyone needs a job.
For Thanksgiving it wasn't too crowded, got a seat right away. Took a while to get my order taken but besides that it was a decent way to spend it.
