Gotta be the worst chipotle ever and maybe just recently. Never had issues here but the lack of customer service and ignorance tonight was surprising. Where do you get the people you hire?
If you want your order don't correct go in. They get it wrong every time you order in the app...I asked for brown rice, got white, I asked for chicken, got steak, asked for vajitas, there were none, asked for beans, there were none. This is not the first time this has happened. One day they gave me someone else's order but in my bag for pick up. I've never had this issue with any other Chipotle besides this one.
Something about this location is always basic or total miss. Rude and unprepared. Be prepared to order double meat cause they will definitely short you on protein.
This has to be the worst Chipotle location in Sacramento. 5:30pm and there is one guy making food, no cashier in sight so the line backed up quickly. Then after ordering a drink, found out they were completely out of ice. When I told the lady, I got attitude from her. Don't worry though, the back kitchen area was full people making food for the Door Dash orders. If you show up in person, you're not a priority.
If management reads this, please consider this review. I did not want to review but instead to direct message, but was not able to find that option. Recently there had been a decline in service, specifically online orders are made wrong. This is frustrating especially during lunch time.Things that are done well is quick service but things to improve is accuracy.Have a great day.
My boyfriend made an online order and when he picked it up and got home it was missing half of the things he ordered. He was charged for everything. Seen this happened multiple times please do better.
Order d a chicken bowel tried paying with cash they told me they didnt have change as in coins for a ten pretty said like im supposed to give them the rest when this location is lucky to get my business in the first place
I come here every morning at around 11:30 & the same workers are always really nice & the portions are always on point. Definitely my go-to chipotle spot.
Rude, food was dry. It's rare they're ever nice anymore and the food is rarely fresh. I don't know what changed.
It was good food...loved the pork....but when did they stop selling wine or beer?
