When I inquired about cash back from my atm card, manager said Carls Jr has NEVER offered that service. She has worked there 2 years. I've been going to Carls since they opened and at one point they were the only fast food restaurant that did let you get up to $40 cash back w purchase. They don't do it now and thats ok, but there's a better way to talk to a customer. She was very rude.. Also the last time I got a chicken club sandwich at that location, it was not fully cooked. Won't be going back to that site.
Gotta love the char and open flame. Plus the fresh chunks of veggies. Starting to get damn near steak prices though. Drive thru fella's remember.
Burger good but sprite tasted like seltzer water, disgusting, and ordered fried zucchini but didn't get ranch dipping sauce. Little time for lunch so I couldn't go back for corrections. Probably won't be going back anytime soon.

I always give a place a 2nd and 3rd chance. This place blew all of them. Poor service, poor quality food. Won’t be back.

I just received the worst fastfood experience. I placed my order in the drive-thru and proceeded to the window. I ask if I could add to my order. A drink. The young man handling the drive-thru said "uh'uh". No explanation or anything. Mind you, it was NOT busy. There was nobody behind me. More money out of my picket and increasing their sells. How is this wrong. What am I missing?

Great Carl's Jr . And they serve French toast all day . Great friendly staff .And very clean .
