The food at Carls Jr is always so good. I never have a problem with the prices since the food is worth it. Employees are usually pretty quick with their service.
Really nice people working hard in there. Made sure to communicate well and to double check things with me. Was really polite and the good was great. Special shoutout to virginia for the great customer service. Thankyou.

The food was delicious. And the drive thru serive was excellent. The young man was so polite and nice and sweet.
This location often gets orders wrong. This time they gave me a more expensive burger so i guess it was ok this time?
Horrible service!!!! The front service lady can't take an order if her life depends on it. Everytime I go she messed up my order. From being the wrong drink to not having half my food correct.

I spoke very clear in the mic at the drive through and they messed up my order. I came here after reading past reviews about how they messed up other customers orders and sure enough it happens to me.. omg that's why they had no customers it makes sense why nobody wants to eat at the sunrise and white carls jr. You guys are very rude to your customers and your going to fail. Please nobody come here at all the same thing well happen to you and you well be mad like me.
