The dining room is locked at 2pm on A Sunday.. that's pretty sketchy. When I asked the person working the drive thru window why the dining room was closed I was told, "we were kinda slow today". Well, it's going to get a little bit slower because I won't be returning. The other location is further, but I'll make the drive for consistent and friendly service
My food is always messed up at this location, after working all day in the sun, and coming home to find out your order was messed up, it sucks. My wife's grilled chicken was raw and rubbery. They had no problem refunding me, but that's not the point. We shouldn't have to freaking always double check our food and waist time going to return it. Gas ain't cheap!!! Mcdonald's next door also has same problem. And so does jack in the box down by Walmart. I'm never getting food from any of these places again!
I like the freshness of their products. They have a few good deals. The new staff are great and friendly. They make me fresh hot fries. I get extra onions and pickles at no charge. Unlike that POS McDonald's that charge for extra onions, what a rip off.It's still good.
My hamburger bun was extra hard last time. Like it was left out n got dry air baked. So if they just make sure they aren't serving old hamburger buns then service wasn't so bad.. that's why I still have them a 3 Stars.
Always flavorful, more of a home cooked taste to their sandwiches ... plus you can always throw your fries in an air fryer to liven them up if you took your order to go. Plus you can use more than 1 coupon at a time. I wish they had more discounts on more of their entire menu.

Not the healthiest food on the planet but sometimes u just crave an order of fried zuchini. I do, anyway ?
They got the order wrong, we went through the line again, they made it wrong a g a i n, and kept repeating the wrong order back. It shouldn't take five tries to make a plain burger.

I'm literally just finished in the drive thru to get my order and the two employees that took my order are throwing what I believe to be the headset at each other and being rowdy. Which to be honest is fine but when you have employees messing around and then it takes 20 minutes to recieve my food don't giggle at me and say sorry for the wait. I see you messing around. I get it. Just be real about it. To be honest I'll probably not go back to this one again it was just late and closer then my usual Carl's Jr. Good food though ?
