The person working at the drive thru on 5/29/2022 @7:10pm (thin/Caucasian male/short dirty blonde thinning hair) was extremely rude and threatened me.As I pull up to to the drive-thru window, no hello, or basic customer service greeting. Thats not what bothered me. What was troubling was how long he held on to my ATM card while giving me dirty looks. He hands my food minutes later but still holding on to my ATM card. Another minute goes by and he finally gives my my card back without saying a word. Just gives me a dirty look and closes the window and proceeds to walk away.I went inside to politely ask for a receipt since one was not given to me, or offered to me while at the drive-thru window. I see the person who took my order who had the back door open and was conversing with another employee. If management at this location is reading this, you should check the cameras where at about 7:15pm he walks up to tue counter with his arms out like he’s carrying a large invisible box while walking towards me making faces at me….Another one of this locations employees witnessed the whole thing. He doesn’t say a word to me (zero customer service skills) so I ask for a copy of my receipt.I was frozen due to thinking he was going to attack me for wanting a copy of my receipt. I cant imagine why this person would want to treat me in such a rude and threatening way.Even worse was there was zero ice in my Iced Tea that I ordered with my meal. Whoever made the sandwich did a good job. I hope whoever is charge of this place does something about this.
The service was good, however the up-sale and donation requests are a little annoying. Its like going to a restaurant for a take-out order and they request a tip,... for what?The French fries and Onion Rings tasted like they were made sometime the day before and reheated. Also, they were inundated with salt. Quite disappointing. I now understand why I see so many Burger Kings closing. Customer service is good, yet the food quality control needs some attention. I expected better quality for two #1 meals at over $25.00.
Very nice workers! Clean.We Ate there last night. Service was good. One of the men employees even said God Bless you to me as my husband & I left. I was So blessed by his caring words...& THANKS !We'll be back definitly :)
Always my favorite restaurant to go to when wanting a simple burger & fries. Good customer service.
Food was hot and fresh service was fantastic but drive thru a little slow.
Not as good as it should have been for the length of time we waited in drive thru. I asked for onion rings and got fries, so I'm slightly annoyed.
I ate here 2 times in 3 months. Got sick both times. Thought it was a fluke the 1st time, but twice? Gave me diarrhea and stomach aches. Maybe old oil in their deep fryer. Something is not right here. The first time I got attitude from cashier and whopper was put together sloppily. The 2nd time drive thru gave me extra oily and stinky fries. Must be the oil...
The customer service and food was terrible. I always pass by driving to work and there lobby and drive thru is always empty, so why the poor service? The lady didn't say 1 word to me and slammed the door after giving me my meal. I usually go to McDonald's on White Rock, but decided to go here today instead. Never again. My breakfast sandwich was literally cold with rubbery cheese. There were no cold items in my bag, so they clearly just gave me food that has been sitting uncovered longer than food protocols. When I asked for a refund, the next worker had an attitude and didn't want to give me my reciept. No appology, he just looked at me and smiled like it was funny. Don't eat or spend your money here, Hopefully corporate will close it down soon before they give people food poisoning.
Never have impossible burger. Called they said they had it. Told them im on my way. Got there not only did they say they didn't have it but wasn't end all day. Ive gone by 4 times didn't have anyAnd thats when they didn't close earlier or was there.
Great deals for a person or family . . . , especially the coupons that come in the mail. Any fast food place I eat at I always tell them to make sure my order is fresh & hot because I do not want what's been sitting under the heat light. It taste better and It's worth the wait ?
