Standard service, good food, typical expectation of a diner type layout. They do have a wide-range of comfort foods on the menu. We went during lunch time and took a bit for the staff to figure out who was serving our group. Food was fine, hot, and tasted as expected. They do offer different coffee drinks so I was able to get a white mocha. Basically just expect typical service nothing extraordinary and good food that will warm a down home soul.
I travel for work and I saw this place. Let me tell you, you can't go wrong. They serve delicious, home cooked, old fashion breakfast all day. And their lunch and dinner is rocking as well. They do have daily specials for all 3 as well. I've been for dinner. I had the steak and shrimp. Yummy. The cornbread is absolutely genuine. Try it. You'll love it. And I went on a Tuesday mid morning for breakfast. I had chicken fried steak with eggs plate. It hit the spot. They have Mimosas everyday. I got the bottomless one. They were delicious and complemented the food and my day off. The prices are really reasonable. An awesome variety of breakfast dishes. As well as great lunch and dinner specials. I will definitely be back. And last but not least, the service is fabulous and friendly. Paige and Skylar were fantastic. I recommend it. Give it a shot. Bon Appetit.Ps. Food was pretty good. Went for breakfast had the ham and cheese omelette with a fresh biscuit and order of bacon. Patty O was a great waitress
Overall great experience, customer service was awesome, we had a large get together and it didn't seem to overwhelm any of the employees. Food was pretty good, I'd leave 4.5 stars if available. Only reason I left four was for the chicken fried steak, the flour wasn't completely cooked to the steak making it fall apart. Other than that everyone said the food was good.
Oh this place is great! Orange juice is fresh af and the biscuits are fresh baked that day. Omelet, French toast, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, milkshake, were all on point and we will definitely be back, the service by Cat was awesome, fast, courteous and not pushy at all, loved everything about her, she let us eat and didn't disturb us but the moment my husband put his plate to the side it was picked up giving us more room on the table.
Waitress was top notch, ordered flat iron steak, there was so much liquid on my plate like as if they nuked the steak. Asked for medium rare and got medium well. Mashed potatoes were okay. Just the amount of liquid bothered me
Wow.. this place was amazing! Took my mother here for her birthday.. it had been years since I've eaten here but boy they did not disappoint! Everything was so delicious from the French dip sandwich to the chicken club sandwich to the Strawberry Shortcake! If you're in Rancho Cordova it's definitely a must-try! Our server "Voula" was so nice and helpful she definitely helped make our experience a good one!
I feel pretty good about the breakfast compared to the lunch because their tacos are horrible (previous trip). My eggs with French toast were meeting my expectation and the service was excellent. This has an elevated Dennys vibe and I wish I had room for some pie.
I had the cinnamon swirl French toast with scrambled eggs bacon and sausage. The sausage was amazing. I also tried the strawberries and whipped cream but the whipped cream tasted a little different than I'm used too. It didn't taste sweet and the strawberries were bitter. My server was sweet but rushed with so many people in the restaurant. I'm guessing this particular restaurant has no covid restrictions as to spacing because we were surrounded. Overall it was a nice meal.
I haven't been to this location in a long time so it changed a lot. It was very busy for lunch. And they were well staffed. We received our food very timely. My salad was not good at all. The veggitation was soggy. But my sandwich was good so that's why I'm giving the 3.5. our server was very nice. if I go there again I will avoid all salads and just get something else if I go there again.
