This place was horrible. My bacon burger was spoiled ( sour ) manager didn't refund for it. 1 bite and I spit it into a napkin. I'll never go back.Staff is rude and of no assistance. The worst

Delivery only. You can't even order from the inside of the store. The only people that are allowed inside the store are delivery people. Door dash GrubHub ect.The girl at the drive thru kept saying "everything is fresh". Less than a mile to home and the food was cold. I ordered fries with my meal, obviously had been drying out near a heat lamp! The little cup/box they came in was only half full. We won't be going back!
Customer service in the drive through is terrible they lady that was taking my order had a terrible attitude I won't be coming back
I usually go to drive thru and don't order from KFC menu only the A&W menu. It's ok I get the "coney dog" lately it isn't as fresh as the 1st time. I keep hoping. Cashier seems nice.
Very good customer service. Decent pricing for fast food. May want to stay away from the hotdogs, as mine tasted a little chewy and weird
3 times I went to get a 3 or 2 piece crispy WHITE MEAT and 4 or 2 times back to back they gave me what they wanted. The third time, I ask them to verify I got what I ordered..once they give it to you. They can't take it back. So, the girl chkd it, and told me it's what I ordered..then gave it to me. I chkd, and it was not..took it back... Everytime I went back..drove off with free chicken..the 4th time, I got what I ordered..my msg is, make sure you get what you ordered..
I regularly stop grabbing some food in this spot. I liked the rapid service and well prepared food. 5 stars from me.
Food was good but customer service left something to be desired. I ordered a meal and thought it was just a sandwich fries and a drink. It came with popcorn chicken and a side also I guess. I was never asked what side I wanted, and wasn’t asked if I wanted dipping sauce for the chicken. I was also asked to pull around to the front of the store when no one was behind me in line, in fact nobody ended up going through the drive though while I waited out front. They say something about thank you for supporting you during tough times then phone it in when it’s not busy? I don’t get it, but know I’ll just be going to Carl’s next time I’m in the area.
'20/12 1st review, but customer 30 years:-- Typical of A&W chain, fast food burger restaurant. Nothing to write home about, but does the job for a quick meal.-- COVID restrictions currently give consumers either drive thru or curbside delivery on premises options. They also allow DoorDash delivery.
