Decent...same problem eith fried not cooked right.You can put extra season on your order...theyll put no seasoning on it.Also of your ordering ubereats. Maybe call them and tell them not to forget your dipping sauce.Even if you ordered and paid for extra sauce...make sure you call and tell them not to forget.2 times ive had to drive over there after recieving my order through ubeats because they forget ALL of the dipping sauce(ranch and bluecheese).Sounds trivial...but when you got 6 people and you paidnfor exra it really frustrating.
Had 3 different wings and the Cajun corns enjoyed them all. Nice service too. I’ll be back
This is just another time that I order and they forget something. This is the third time ordering on the app and third time they forgot to add a brownie. Not to mention the other times they forgot things like rolls or dips. I’m getting tired of it. I have to order delivery because I don’t drive. And I’m paying on that delivery and tip in the items they forget. Then every time I call it rings and rings and goes to “please enter your remote access code”. The food is good and normally the chicken is correct. It’s just the other items that are ordered that are missing. Doing the online survey is a joke and no one contacts back. Do better Poway wing stop!!
The girl that ‘tried’ to take our order was SO high that she couldn’t get it right. It was a simple 8 piece chicken tender order. We repeated our order seven times (we counted) and she couldn’t get it. She asked one of her co-workers to help her and he wouldn’t come out. She came back and asked us to repeat our order, she needed to start over. We were going to place the order online, figured it would be easier. Another customer came in to pick up his online order and it was completely wrong. Needless to say, we left without placing an order!!
Hands down the best wing stop in north county. I'm a long time 3 yr customer with teenagers. I order 4 times a month pick up consistently. This is the only loc that executes intended wingstop recipes. Proper sauce ratio, correct temperature, smart packaging, no skimping. Esco, San Marcos, and Vista ALLL skimp out on sauce. What's the point of having great flavors if you cannot taste them? They do this all the time yet I don't complain. GO TO POWAY, drive the extra distance for a better product.
Customer service is absolutely pathetic. Always wrong on orders. Being late is their business motive. Unprofessional staff all the way. I will never ever dine here.

Overall very tasty. I order the family pack, a dozen freshly baked rolls, and a side of the Cajun corn online and everything was ready within 15 minutes. My daughter had been craving wings and we always see Wing Stop in Poway so thought we should try it out. We ordered the Korean and spicy boneless wings, and the garlic parmesan and plain tenders. Meal came with a large fry and three sauces (we opted for cheese and ranch). My favorite was the spicy boneless (buffalo style) while my daughter's was the Korean boneless. The rolls are amazing, so tasty and fluffy. Fries were good too it's hard to ness them up really. The Cajun corn is a must too, very good. Employees were nice and service is fast and great.
