Coffee: We ordered drip coffee, paid, and then they totally forgot about it until we asked them a few minutes later (all they had to do was pour it in a cup). The drip coffee was sadly very weak and watery.Food: The service was a bit slow - we waited for about 10 minutes. Our son was hungry, so my wife asked how long it would be. Staffer behind the counter told her they were coming and glared at my wife when she turned her back - unprofessional, in my opinion. The sandwiches are ok, but nothing extraordinary. Ambiance is fine, similar to the mainstream coffee shops.Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience as we had been looking forward to trying out this coffee shop for a while.
The BEST and most welcoming coffee shop in the region. Superb staff - top notch ownership and great coffee.
I like King's Craft, but it does get busy and service is SLOW. The parking lot is shared with a youth soccer parking. Thus, parking can be really rough if the soccer moms are there with their massive SUVs.
Really great coffee shop. Genuine service with good attitude. Great environment that fosters community. Lovely outdoor patio. However the wifi does not work for MacBooks.I got the chagaccino mushroom coffee here. It was amazing.
Need more menus available. As a first timer I walked in not seeing anything on the walls anywhere. Both menus on the counter had the food side facing up so I had no clue how I was supposed to know what coffee was available. Customer service is great, employees were nice and friendly to each other so it's refreshing to see that they enjoy working together.
Amazing ? coffee! Must try the lavender latte, it’s delicious...
First and foremost, the coffee is awesome! I tried a drip and a cappuccino. The cappuccino was phenomenal, bold yet smooth with no bitter aftertaste. The balance of milk was perfect, the flavor of the coffee was the star. The drip was also good, I enjoyed the intensity of the coffee which was far more subtle than the cappuccino yet very flavorful. My daughters ordered a matcha tea latte, one sweetened with honey and the other with lavender syrup. Yum, a delicious non-coffee option that still has tons of flavor and depth! I've purchased the same number of drinks at a coffee chain and spent tons more for far less quality. The staff is friendly and make the experience engaging and fun. You can tell that this shop attracts a devoted crowd. I will be back next time I visit the area.
Delightful. Highly recommend. ?
Good Coffee, great location. But I dont always feel welcomed. Staff has rarely (not never) been friendly to me and most visits I feel like certain staff is just sizing me up. Like the way Loss Prevention at a store stares at you if they think you're gonna steal something.Edit: well I got stared down again today by upper management so I'm over coming back here. I dont feel welcomed. I'm a neighbor and it's almost like yall have never seen a tattooed person and it's just extremely uncomfortable. thanks for the handful of coffees.
My teen and I have Friday dates and try new coffee shops around SD. We have passed by this little shop many times not realizing it was there so close to home! It was warm out so we opted to sit indoors (cute outdoor patio seating available and can’t wait for Fall/Winter time to sit n chat out there). Masks weren’t required - extremely grateful this shop gives their customers the option- We definitely felt comfortable and safe.I had an Americano and a scone and my daughter the Chai and a blueberry pastry. We still talk about the Chai and scone almost daily ? Happy to have found our new coffee spot!
