Just. Thank you.It was a rough day and I needed my coffee. It was the end of the shift. I order, pull up, and then realize I cannot pay—I had just come from Mexico so only had pesos on me. She gave me the coffee.I drove right to the bank (100 yards away), withdrew dollars, and went back (sipping my excellent cup of coffee). They tried to refuse payment! I insisted.Just a simple act of kindness. More than a big deal to me. I don’t usually pass that way but will always remember that act of kindness. Thank you so very much for making my day!
the chicken caesar wrap i had was very soggy i couldn't eat it after one bite.the iced chai was decent, though a bit watery for my taste. drive-thru service was quick!
I like the stores in Poway and PQ. Always friendly service. I guess I go to them to often since they already know my drinks before I order.
The staff are just lovely and the drinks are excellent. Pass up the long lines at that Other place and treat yourself to a great experience here.

The place has decent coffee but the staff here is Horrible. I never just sit at coffee place use the FREE WiFi without buying something. I got a large coffee and after some time I asked for glass of water, freaking tap water with ice and I was charged for $0.25. Money is not the issue here but charging for glass of water is insane !!!Never ever I am coming back here and I am walking out this place right this instance.
The staff was bizarrely exhibiting signs of paranoia, hysteria, and psychosis when I was just trying to get a cup of coffee. I will not be going there ever again.
I walked over since it said they opened at 5:30. They open at 6:30 but open the drive through 1 hour earlier. I tried calling and mobile order and them just hand me the coffee through the drive through window and they refused. The service was terrible. The manager hung up on me. Unfortunate they care so little. Please change your hours online to reflect your actual hours.
So much better than Starbucks as you can take the tea and it's creamy, not watery. The employees there are also very nice.
