Slight decline in service, the last 2 times I went thru the drive thru they failed to give me certain items, I was gonna let it slide but tonight they failed to give me my 4 chips and cheese order and I had to go back and get it all a really big hassle so here I am knocking stars off for poor service, get it together and you can earn them back..
This place has the best employees. The one at the drive-thru, Cristina I believe her name is, she always makes my night. And not to mention the food is always fresh and the Pepsi tastes just like when I was a kid(delicious). ☺️
Since I started working in Poway at the Walmart Supercenter I've been driving up & down the streets to find a spot to get something to eat. Well this particular Taco Bell caught my attention & they're way better than the Mickie D's up the street by far. I've been responsible for consuming the Cravings Pack & a Dr. Pepper ta wash it all down before work. I have to be big & strong to clean the produce & fresh meat wall daily & then sweep all the floor in the Supercenter, oh I usually have a Red Bull too. Thanks Pepsi-Cola for having a Taco Bell in the fine city of Poway.
When you have a working man or woman that drives a work truck that doesn't fit in the drive thru and the lobby is on lock down so you waisted your lunch and got nothing to eat ??
Went through drive thru. Food was good for price. Service was friendly.
I mean, you can't really go wrong lol you may pay for it the next day but... can't go wrong.
The Bell has become very pricey. I don't find the revised menu appealing. Better to eat at in-n-out.
