Drove all the way here to get some work done and of course they close the lobby early without updating it online.
As much as I am ethically opposed to corporate conglomerate capitalist coffee, I am partial to the occasional Matcha Green Tea Frappe. This location seems to get my online orders done on time every time, with a friendly and functional staff. The bathroom was a little on the messy side, but seeing as I did not bring it to a team member's attention, I will chalk it up to merely being between scheduled cleanings.
They are always so kind. Busy location most of the mornings.

Went to get a frappucino and this Starbucks couldn't make any kind. Starbucks are known for their coffee and fraps and this particular one couldn't. So I cancelled my refresher and walked out.
Great Starbucks. I had a specialty coffee and a bagel. Got there at the right time, no line. As always the service was great! I love this location.
Staff is friendly. The coffee is as ordered. The only thing is you can't order ahead using the Starbucks App. I don't know if this will change later.
This is the best Starbucks in Poway. I just left with a huge order for a bunch of nurses. The Batista Julie went above and beyond to make sure their coffees got to the hospital without any trouble. People like her are the reason I drive to this Starbucks instead of the one right down the street from the hospital. I would give her more stars if I could.
They had a table set for the 13 military personal that lot their lives. Filled me with pride they had done this. Thank you
Love them! Not a bad thing to say. Drink is always perfect and everyone here is nice.
