I really had a poor experience. Due to call in orders I had to wait 45 mins for my food which was the wrong order, had to walk back in and wait another 10mins.Then "accidentally" tore up my receipt...wanted to review them.
06/07/2022Ordered through the app two fish tacos, a regular tortilla chips and a toffee blondie. The food is off at this location. The tacos did not come with the white sauce or salsa. Just the fish and cabbage. The corn tortillas were hard as well. The fish tasted old too. There were only a few tortilla chips in the bag. The dining area was large and nicely air conditioned. But I wouldn't eat at this location again.
Rubios says Padres have a stolen base and a free taco next day.Yeah, but the small print says, "only in a home game." Stolen base away games don't count.However, this store's manager Jason, honored a one time free taco while clearing up the sneaky fine print terms.
Rubio’s always has great food! I walked in and ordered quickly. Found a nice table and they brought me our meal. The salsa bar has been gone for a while but they will bring you salsa if you ask. Can get busy at lunch.
This location uses really fresh lettuce and the salsas always taste good compared to the one in rancho Bernardo drive out of my way for this one. Today they made an error with my order but to my surprise they went above and beyond fixing it and then giving me vouchers for free tacos. The employees are also very nice
Rubio's used to be so good. Now it's a greasy over bartered fish stick that they call a fish taco. Way more batter than fish and literally dripping with grease. Any Mexican food place is better.
Took our food to go. Got to our destination. Food was good as always, however they forgot we ordered our fish tacos with flour tortillas. Not a fan of corn tortillas. Roasted corn was not hot. Asked for limes with beers, forgotten.
Overall Ok. Had to wait several to order. 3 of us. 2 had good food. My salad had lake in bottom

Quality of food is just not the same. Won't be going back for awhile.
