Young guy there, was so worried about his hair. We counted him running his hands through his hair a dozen times before food was served.Beer bar was ok, 2 of them ran out tried to charge me for foam. They need the beer colder, maybe add cold glasses to the bar.Pizza 20 to 30 bucks, seemed a little costly. It was good pizza.
We ordered pizza on a Friday night at 4:20pm. The estimated delivery was 5:15pm. We didn't get the pizza until 7pm. And when we got it, the order was wrong. Instead of a Hawaiian with no sauce it was some kind of chicken with sauce. The personal pizza wasn't even cut. I called and the customer rep just said there was nothing they can do. The driver just made some joke about being short staffed. That might explain being late, but it doesn't excuse bad customer service - call the customer and let them know it will be late. Apologize and try to make it right somehow. I worked in customer service for years and this is absolutely not how you do it.Bottom line: The pizza isn't good and this wasn't even the first bad experience that I've had with them. Needless to say I will not order from them again.
I never thought of getting a sandwich at a pizza place but got one anyway. They are freakin fantastic!! I’m actually sitting outside right now waiting for them to open so I can get another 2 of them today. Weird maybe, but a girl knows a good thing when she sees one.
Store was not the cleanest. We had to ask for a table to be cleaned. Food was good. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
I orderef online and got confirm to pick up at 12:25pm. I got to restaurant and they said they don't have an order under my name. I go home look at my phone and it shows order. Call restaurant back and he puts me on hold for 5 minutes. Then says, oh we see order, come pick up in 15 minutes. I say what about order of cheese bread or wings for my inconvenience. He actually laughs and says we can't do that. You've lost a loyal customer.
Great family friendly atmosphere. Can be a little loud when dining in but I didnt expect a romantic experience. The pizza is great! I love the cheese they use and have never had a bad pizza from them.
If you enjoy waiting over an hour for an overpriced, mediocre pizza, this is your place! I also ordered their boneless "wings". They are similar to frozen chicken nuggets. When placing my order over the phone, I was told it would be ready in about 25-35 minutes. It wasn't ready when I showed up 40 minutes after ordering. It was ready about 70 minutes after my order. Multiple people were waiting excessive times with one person in front of me cancelling their order due to the wait. My last experience at this location (prior to Covid) was not bad but this experience was unacceptable. It's a shame that they have such a nicely remodeled location but after this experience, I won't be back for a very, very long time.
The pizza was “ok” but the customer service left a lot to be desired. It was not an especially busy night but their wait time was excessive. We didn’t have a complicated order (two pizzas) but it took 30 minutes to get our order. The server was unapologetic and dismissive. They recently did a remodel and removed some of the good games. Save yourself time and your taste buds. Go somewhere else if you want good pizza.
Excellent facility. Lots of TV's and games. Salad bar was fabulous and the pizza is always great. One of the better Round Table restaurants I've been to...
Eating now no ice tables were dirty no sauce on the pizza. Salad bar down what has happened blonde hair young lady doesn't know alot . Not even dressed for the part no offsense .Very dissatisfied first time pizza dry unacceptable .
