Good evening!I just wanted give a shout-out to the crew working tonight Christmas eve. There were a platitude of rude people in when i came through and the staff was working at maximum speed doing just their absolute best but nevertheless people were being rude to them and complaining and insulting them while they were just trying to do their jobs. I wanted to extend my gratitude to them and tell them they’re doing a great job.
They have messed up my order in drive through almost every single time. Check your order before you leave
This place is my second home. Anyone who rates under 5 is delusional. Millie for president!
Not so good today. The New Almond chicken tasted like burnt oil. Might have been the almonds. Noodles were off too
I had a good experience. The young lady that helped me was pleasant and her service was excellent. She even let me know that if I complete their receipt survey, I'll get a free entree. Also, the food tasted fresh and everything was delicious. One of the best Panda Express that I've been to.
I don't see value for the meal. Extra charge on walnut shrimp without telling customer. Moreover, the walnut shrimp tasted old.My $ is better spent in Mexican restaurants than in Panda Express.
I went there for lunch. They were out of rice and the soda machine was broken. I was charged for a full meal that wasn’t delivered. The cashier couldn’t refund me because there was no manager on site. $12 for a half bowl of orange chicken. Management needs to be approached!!! Ask before you order!! Who opened the store?? That person should be qualified to offer refunds. I was there at 10:15. Does the manager sleep til noon?
There was hardly any dishes available. Some of the dishes were also mislabeled/put on the wrong spot. The two servers there were rude to my dad and I. She at one point, she looked like she was talking to us, but she was talking to the second one. The other server didn't bother helping us much either.
Fresh food is delicious. Sometimes they only have old food. Or a mixture of freshly made and old.
Run of the mill. Rice tasted like plastic.
