Great Filipino food and service. First time here suggested by a friend and everything were delicious. We ordered the garlic shrimp, pancit palabok deluxe, pancit canton and ube overload ? Very friendly staff who took time to explain the dish and customize them for us. Could easily tell they loved wat they were doing and put their heart in to it. Portion sizes were generous and the food taste had the perfect balance, nothing too spicy or sweet. They let us try some pastries before we could buy. They also carry a lot of Filipino groceries to shop. Will definitely come back to try more of their delicious food.
Best Filipino Food and Desserts, the Halo-Halo is the Bomb ! They prep and cook the food you order, not turo-turo style, everything is fresh from the pan ! Great service and good portions servings :-)
Nice little shop. Just 4 tables. But it makes up for that with some pretty good food, unique ice cream and sundries. Only down side, the only thing with a price anywhere was the menu.
I just got done hiking when i just used the app to find a restaurant nearby. I'm glad I found this place. Their food is great and have generous proportion for a very reasonable price.

Great Filipino food in Poway. My 3rd time coming to Halo-Halo Cafe and I highly recommend. The place is always clean. They made the food fresh and flavorful. The service is good and staff are friendly.
Great food a little pricy. But for the quality and choices of filipino food outside of Mira Mesa totally worth it. You get what you pay for
We were looking for a dessert spot after our date night and found this . we got the halo-halo and hopia and it was SO delicious . I’ve been craving it for awhile and this place hit the spot. Im definitely excited in trying the rest of the food !

We order from Halo Halo a lot. I feel like I’ve tried most of their dishes. This time, we ordered deluxe pancit, chicken adobo, pork sisig and Shanghai lumpia. Their portions are big so we usually have leftovers for the second day. I can’t wait to go back for some halo halo.
