Great service. Had a ice-cream cone and large HI-C orange. Glad they brought my drink back.
Expect to know how to use the ordering kiosk because the staff is busy preparing orders. The environment is clean, the staff friendly, but busy, and the good. There were no napkins for customers to access.
I would love to give a lower rating for management deciding to have the parking lot redone during the day. The line was so long but they way the parking lot was being done, once you pulled into the lot you had no choice but to go through the line.Then once you finally got to order the staff was having such a hard time hearing the customer, plus I barley could hear them. They couldn’t hear me enough to get my order in so I just order the one item they could hear (coffee) and went over to Jack in the box for my road-trip breakfast.The staff was so nice! I just felt so bad for them. This made their job harder, and you could tell they were frustrated. I hope management makes it beneficial to the staff working during the parking lot construction!(There is a reason some road construction is conducted at night)
I walked in because I'm an EBT card holder, such payments aren't accepted at drive thru.Upon entering the door you can clearly see the sign stating EBT welcome however its NOT.The McDonald's employee took my order then upon seeing my payment method told me the machine in my reach was broken she'd need to swipe my card behind the counter PLUS enter my pin on my behalf. She expected me to give her my PIN verbally in order for her to enter it on the pin pad.That's not LEGAL McDonalds of Poway.I had to leave without anything because their EBT card reader failed.
This McDonald's is great! Employees are always nice and work really hard. Thank you Poway McDonald's for always providing great service and food. I hope everyone remembers to be respectful and grateful to the staff when they visit.
Only good service with the 6am crew ladies. The rest of the day is a bunch of kids or older adults that exude misery. Half filled cups of drinks, wrong orders or 90% missing items and the fries are never fresh or salted at all. Management is non existent and the workers take no pride is customer service. Very high turn over rate.
This place is hit or miss a lot of the time. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it sucks. Just gotta pick the right day! Last few visits have been decent, though!
They're understaffed. Took 15 min. to get my small (2 sandwiches) order. They give priority to drive-thru; unfortunately, I was inside.
Horrible service. First time I gave them a chance, they put my half cooked McRib on a burger bun. And second time they didn’t know what was wrong with their hot chocolate machine so they made me putt up and wait for half an hour.
Just heading up a classic sausage and egg McMuffin my choice with the salsa always smacks
