The pizza I got today tasted beyond disgusting. I paid $20.00 for a Supreme Pizza and cheezy garlic bread. I said in clear English I don't want pizza overdone...so what did the girl do she completely burnt the pizza and it was cut in slices all different sizes...a few slices 1 inch wide and some slices 8 inches wide! The one half of pizza was paper thin and the other half was 6 inches thick. How can the base not be the same all the way round??? How can it be hard to cut slices in even portions???? U don't need brain cells for that. Secondly the italian cheesybread tasted so sweet...like a plate of sugar had been poured over the top of it...we threw the whole thing away... it was so bad indescribable in words. We have had littlexaesers for years but it was that bad I'm put off permanently... ihave tried calling for 3 hours and no answer.... disgusting place avoid this location!!
Had the worst customer service ever, and the so-called manager refused to help me put blame on everybody but herself. It’s not my responsibility to get it to you on time she says. Or to make sure that it’s hot. There’s nothing I can do for you she says. SHe lost a good customer.
I hate to do it because they are just understaffed.
We are highly recommending the Little Caesars in Poway because of the service. We have ordered frequently during our stay in Poway and the service has always been excellent. One evening we ordered a pizza online and came to the store and saw one person was working the entire store. He was doing his absolute best to take orders prepare the pizza cook the pizza and run the cash register. He did an absolutely terrific job. The little Caesars store several times and he is a great employee. We would highly recommend this store not only for it’s good Pizza but for the efficient effective friendly service..
It’s really hit or miss with this location. Sometimes you get a good pizza. Sometimes you get a pizza that is not so good. This applies even when you order a fresh pizza. Their quality control needs to be improved.
5.99 for a pizza- can't complain. It was pretty good too- employees working were very friendly and quick to respond, and the pizza was done pretty much instantly. Located conveniently off Poway Road, and did I mention the fact that it was only 5.99 for a pizza that could easily fill two?
Everytime I come I. To this place on my lunch from work I have to wait for my food which is understandable but after my wait I get my food and it is not made correctly every time and I always tell them exactly what it is I want
No hassle over burnt pizza, because there isn't any burnt pizza.Pizza isn't drowned in grease either, it's a good pizza :D !During the pandemic this place has only improved with consistency and meets reasonable expectations of an affordable pizza, I appreciate it.
Food was on time, but my email show only 1 portal and my food was in 2 portal, but only one portal showed up on my email. The person working there said I made the mistake and I need to pay more attenion next time. I don't think there will be a next time.
Lovely staff, great food great service. They remember your name and order when you return. Best value for money.
