Just popped in for dinner. They have the best grilled chicken of all KFC. Shout out to George and the crew. They are true professionals that go above and beyond with friendliness and customer service.
Hey I've been liking Kansucky Fried Shicken all my life, until I ordered the # 11 Nashville Hot Tenders w/fryz with some bread & butter pickles "yummy" & to boot a biscuit as usual "it'll take the bite outta da over spicy favor". I went to the drive thru at NIGHT and thought hot diggity dawg more Kansucky Fried Shicken in my tummy. Well when I got to work I opened up the bag and to my surprise it had alotta sauce on top "I got the 5 piece" so all 5 pieces were covering up the unbelievable amount of ooze at the bottom. I only ate 2 tenders "kinda spicy" not observing the ocean of ooze, I closed it up & ate the fryz instead. I was putting the rest away for later in me lunch box and lo & behold the ooze oozed thru cuz I tipped it downward a little for entry to the lunch box, it oozed a trail then clean up was obvious. So Kansucky Fried Shicken please redo the recipe please, a nice crusty outside with DIPPIN' SAUCE instead. Great service and respectful employees, thank you KFC...
No $20 fill-up any more. Now 1 less side and it's just under $30 before tax.Bye Bye KFC
Food wasn't good, ordered online and half of the items were missing, truly unacceptable service.
It seems that this location doesn't know the difference between original recipe and extra crispy. I ordered a 12 piece bucket and asked for the white meat to be extra crispy and the dark meat original. That may explain why they didn't include my receipt with the meal.
Could not keep up with demand of the customers
They were thorough in ordering and then blamed me and accused me of saying something that didn’t happen. The girl at the window (face to face with customers) had a horrible attitude when I was politely asking inquiries to try to deescalate her tone. The team took far too long. I was waiting for a kids Mac and cheese. They did not remember that they sent someone off to the front to wait; so not apologize for their unfriendly attitude, or their lack of professionalism. And the overcooked fries among other menu items are not worth the wait. The kids and I will drive the extra mile to the next one. It should be a simple process: we order, are asked questions, we converse with one another for clarity; I pay; they accept the money; provide the food; we thank each other with a smile and carry on until the next time. How could this have gone so wrong??? The dining room isn’t open. So there was no one to whom I could escalate this event. Simple solution: take my money elsewhere.
Zero stars. We we're waiting for the doors to open due to online order for pick up at the lobby for about 1 hour 30 minutes and nobody opened the door or at least told us that she's by herself. Food are soggy, cold and bad. We need refund for really super bad service.
Went to KFC for dinner tonight and ordered 46.31 cents, went I get to the window to pay they ask what sauces would you like and they did not have ranch and basically had ketchup and BBQ so I got BBQ when he started to give me my food I said can I have some butter and honey he said where out of honey gave me my food and closed the window to never return, worst customer service ever there and food was not worth $46.31 oh and the pop corn chicken was cool and hard like break uour teeth hard any ways rant is over never going back there again waist of money
